I’ve been extremely impressed with the KCross Bench Press Band. It’s very easy to use and sets up quickly, with clear positioning that feels natural and secure during lifts. Once it’s on, everything stays exactly where it should—no slipping or constant readjusting. The double resistance design really stands out. It provides smooth, consistent tension throughout the movement and has helped me noticeably increase my pressing strength over a short period of time. Well worth the buy, it relieves stress on shoulders, and helps with my form, I was able to lift heavier weight and more reps. Definitely recommend.

This thing is legit! I have a lot of shoulder pain at the top and bottom. This strap keeps shoulders in and gives some help at the bottom, allowing you to go heavy, keep your form and do it without pain. If you are an older dude this thing is really a game changer. There is assistance at the bottom, it's elastic so that's to be expected, but there's none in the middle or top so you are still working throughout the movement. I used it on my BB Incline bench and DB flat bench. After each set I was tired, but not sore. 10 of 10, and 3 other people asked me for the Amazon link! Definitely worth it!!

I have had shoulder issues/pain since blowing my rotator cuff ~ 15 years ago. I was a bit skeptical when ordering. All i can say is WOW as this blew my expectations. I'm able to bench press again, except without the throbbing /radiating pain. This is an absolute game changer! I will be recommending this to all my patients with similar issues. I'm 5'10 currently ~170 (44 suit jacket size). I purchased the size medium 300lb version and it fits perfectly

Seems well made and I like the structure of it vs the other slingshot type bands. Unfortunately, this is not made for large framed people. I initially ordered the 7.6" version, but it was far too small, so I ordered the larger 9.5" versions and that was too small as well. For reference, I'm 6'4" and my shoulder width when measuring straight across is 24". When measuring across the back from the center of each delt, it's 31". When standing naturally and measuring straight across at my elbows, the width is 30". With the 9.5" band I couldn't comfortably perform the bench press movement. I think if it were a few inches wider it would be perfect. Hopefully someday they will make an XL size.

They should know that it help a whole when you bench press, even with dumbbell. Awesome! support.

I'm surprised at how well built this band is. Compared to the more well known brand, this band appears to be of higher quality. The shape of the arm holes makes it very comfortable and aligns the band's elasticity with the natural angle of a bench press. Highly recommend as it's helped me increase my unaided bench PR by making me feel comfortable with higher weights.

I got this to replace my Slingshot and was disappointed on the support it gives. Do t think I’ll be using it again and will just get another slingshot

今回購入したスリングショットは本当に最高でした。 この商品は、肘や二の腕に装着してベンチプ レスなど胸のトレーニング時に使用しまし た。種目によって違いはありますが、ダンベ ルプレスやベンチプレスなどで普段より10~ 20kgほど重量を伸ばすことができました。 その結果、スリングショットなしでも重量が 上がるようになり、胸のトレーニング全体で 非常に役立っています。また、装着すること で胸に負荷がしっかりとかかりやすくなった と感じました。これからのトレーニングでも 重宝するアイテムだと思います。
