These were extremely comfortable when worn for a wedding and stayed in the shoes when worn all day! No blisters, and it made a pair of shoes that were initially too big, fit much better without looking too obvious. Great, would recommend!

I got these because a couple of my shoes were slightly too loose at the heel, and they’ve genuinely helped. They’re easy to stick in and don’t take much effort to line up properly. Once they’re in, they stay put and don’t slide around, which was something I was worried about. The cushioning at the back makes the shoes feel more secure, so I’m not constantly thinking about my heel lifting when I walk. It just feels more stable overall. I like things that quietly fix a problem without making things more complicated, and this is exactly that. No adjustment, no fuss — just stick them in and go. They also make slightly uncomfortable shoes a bit easier to wear for longer periods. Only downside is you need to position them properly the first time or they can feel a bit off, but once they’re set, they’re fine.

At 6mm thickness I thought that this heel pad would be more than enough to stop one of my slip-on trainers from slipping up and down when on the move but whilst it has gone some way towards addressing the problem it hasn't fixed it fully. That's not a fault of the pad though which fits and adheres extremely well, with a contoured noduled outer surface finish which ensures excellent grip against my heel (with and without socks). Fixing them in place is straightforward but be sure to align them correctly first as the 3M adhesive grips very firmly and quickly. They can be trimmed to fit different heel sizes which is good to know but not necessary in my particular application. I haven't tried walking for any distance yet, but my first impressions are positive. The pad hasn't stopped the trainer from slipping completely but it has made a difference. Furthermore, it has stayed firmly in place throughout and is extremely comfortable to wear with the cushioned padding providing protection for my heel and hopefully minimising chafing and the risk of blisters.

The principal of the grips is good, however, I used them on slippers (Appreciate they may not be designed for slippers) and it didn’t hold. Adhesive on the pad came ineffectual. I used additional sticky pads of my own and also a healthy (ish) does of super glue to stick them to the heel of the slipper. I think it’s holding. How long for, I’m not sure! As I say, good idea, but for slippers that don’t have a smooth surface on the heel maybe not so good, unless you have extra tools to use as well! rgds to all, Michael

Perfect for my needs. After a fall I needed an op and then crutches. My hand was sore from the fall and wasn't getting a chance to improve because of the hard crutch handles. I purchased these and put them on the handles then covered them with crutch handle covers. Viola! Job done. Perfect for my needs. So comfortable.

These were perfect for my daughter's school shoes. We had tried insoles but they did not stop her shoes slipping off her heel. These heel grips do the job perfectly. Her shoes are no longer slipping off her heels. They also stopped the shoes rubbing and causing blisters. They are quite thick and padded and are now used without the insoles. The sticky pad on the back has kept them in place so far after a couple of weeks of daily use and the padding of the heel grips remains thick. Previous heel grips have flattened down quickly, resulting them having to be thrown away. I would recommend them.

This product was a complete letdown! 😩 I bought them to fix heel slipping, but they wouldn't stay put or even do their job. My Magnum Strike Force boots were no match for these – they wouldn't stick at all. One even fell off after 30 seconds! Save your money and avoid these at all costs. #product #money #boots

Needed these for a pair of boots. The heels slipped a bit. The cushion and the nonslip grips did the trick!

There was no stickiness, sliding, stepping out of the shoe. They did what they said they would. Bravo!

Diese hab ich mir zugelegt für meine Dr. Martens Halbschuh deren Fersenkappe doch recht stramm ist. Da ich eher selten Zivilschuhe anhabe kann ich noch nicht viel über Dauereinsatz sagen, bisher aber gute Linderung und keine tiefen Macken mehr an der Ferse. Fühlen sich gut an, daher kann ich Kaufempfehlung aussprechen für Halbschuhe die man zwangsläufig eine halbe oder ganze Nummer größer kaufen muß, weil sonst die Hinterhufe nicht ins Leder passen...
