Arrived on time and It came 75% charged up. I plugged it in and got it fully charged before putting it away. It arrived on Friday, next day on Saturday my Subaru would not start. Read the simple instructions and connected it up was really easy and started on first try. Much easier than the larger battery chargers that need to be plugged into on outlet to jump start a car. The numbers on the screen are large and easy to read and the case is nice for storing in the car. Great unit at a better price than other units with similar power.

Works great and is very compact and easy to store. Battery lasts a long time and has all the ports you need in a jumpbox/ power bank. The light is a great addition too and very bright!

Bought this as a gift for my dad. His old "jumbo" lead acid jumper was due for a new battery and is a far cry from a fair comparison to this. Recently his truck battery died and he left a full blown car charger on it for about 15 minutes - engine barely turned over. I grabbed this and told him to stand back. 10 seconds later engine turned over like fully charged and started up then alternator did the rest on short drive. These units blow my mind over conventional chargers. small size, extremely powerful, very fast time to start. I bring mine in the house when extremely cold, however, as lithium batteries don't like to be frozen. Only other question is how long they last but mine is a few years old and still produces like new. Bonus is you can use as a USB battery pack or flashlight (charge your phone/tablet)

The quality is great, it works fantastic and it's perfect for a female and easy to use. Very versatile with other ports for charging phones etc.

It's ok. It only has about 2 jumps in it before needing recharging. But then you isually only need one junp to get going again. So it works well if you have need of a standard jump. Nevertheless I wish I'd bought one size up at least.

I purchased this battery pack about 2 years ago. Was able to jumpstart several vehicles ranging from small cars to 15 passenger vans with 70% capacity. Fast forward to today I purchased a hybrid car. One day, my hybrid car did not start. So I pulled out my battery pack and tried to jumpstart it and nothing happened. Even though it said 70% to maybe even 90%. I hardly even use or recharge the pack now because I didn't think I would need to jump start a new car so frequently. Every time I failed to start the car with a battery pack I had to use someone else's car or even someone else's stronger battery pack to jumpstart it (even they were having issues with their powerful battery pack). It turns out hybrid cars need a much longer steadier load to power up the car versus a conventional car that needs a burst of energy to start. So keeping the battery pack at 100% provides enough amperage to do just that. So I charged the battery pack to 100% and left it in the car. One morning the car died and I hooked it up, had to use a boost mode one time versus several when my battery was at 75-80% (and still didn't start) and my car started! I was still highly recommend this battery pack to anyone because it is still a lot easier than having to wait for someone else or roadside assistance to come by and bail you out. Just keep in mind that hybrid cars will require a charge higher than what is recommended by the manufacturer.

Compact item, carrying case, short cable length but will reach across most batteries versatile item

I purchased one of these and got a message from Amazon a few days later that it was not deliverable. I think they credited my card (but I am actually not sure). In any case, I really wanted to buy one of these for my husband so I ordered this exact same thing again. It’s important for us to have a gadget like this bc we have only one car so don’t always have another vehicle to charge from. It arrived very fast this time and I hid it away and wasn’t going to get it out until this coming Sunday, my husband’s birthday. Well, the day after it arrived, we went outside to find we had, you guessed it, a dead car battery. So early birthday gift time, it was. And once opened, we learned how to use this jump starter very quickly and it worked like a charm. It’s super lightweight and comes with about an 80% charge so we didn’t have to wait for it to charge. Just couldn’t have been easier. So we put it to good use that day, it turned the engine over (phew) and we gave it another charge and tucked it away, never thinking we would find our car battery dead *again* the very next morning. Even so, we used the jump starter again and the engine turned over just fine (again) and we were able to drive the car with no issues for the rest of the day. Then on the third day after using it, we went outside to find our car battery dead yet again! We went through the same exercise, charging our recurring dead battery with this brand new jump starter. Again, the engine turned over just fine and we drove it for the rest of the day. That particular night, my husband, feeling super anxious at this point, went outside in the dark to test the engine and saw that there was a very small, very faint dome light on in the back of our car (a Subaru Outback), a light that we didn’t even know existed and that no one would’ve been able to see on in the light of day. Apparently, that light had been switched on inadvertently, and it was draining our battery, necessitating us having to jump-start it with this brand new item that we had only just received from Amazon. So we felt like we figured out where the battery drain was coming from. And this new car jump starter, something we had zero experience with prior to this, got us through this mystifying week without us having to tow it in to the mechanic and pay for all the expensive Subaru “software systems” diagnostics. So glad I ordered another one of these and that it’s now part of our driving experience.
