I was skeptical at first about the hype around the Jawzrsize, but it’s definitely been a great addition to my facial and workout routine. I’ve been using it almost daily for over a month, usually while showering, and I’ve noticed some strength gain in the jaw muscles. I suffer from TMJ and am currently working on fixing my teeth, and this seems to be helping strengthen the jaw muscles and improve my bite. While it’s not a miracle solution, it’s a solid tool that complements my overall routine. Initial Con: discomfort/ soreness in the jaw muscles, especially for beginners, as it takes time to adjust to the resistance.

These had the groves in them and aligned perfectly with my bite. Was a comfortable fit and interesting workout. However, the grooves started to tear from my teeth and the hollow interior started cracking from the repetitive bending. Only had them for a few weeks

I’ve owned 3 different types of jaw exercisers. This is the worst. There is very minimal resistance with this particular brand. I did over 100 repetitions with the highest resistance one and barely got tired. I stopped counting at 100 but went well over 100 reps. With my other brands I could do between 20-30 reps before getting pretty fatigued. I couldn’t even do 50 reps with my other brand, it wouldn’t be possible. Much less well over a 100. And again, I was barely feeling tired after well over a 100 reps. And to charge 30$ for some weak rubber mold is just absurd. The actual material and labor value of this product isn’t worth a quarter. That said, if it does the job, I’ll still pay that price even considering how overpriced the product is. This product is genuinely worthless. I suppose if you were to do 500-1000 reps a day, you might get something out of it. But why waste the time? If you’re looking for jaw exerciser that works, look for one with a firm rubber that will provide some resistance. The human jaw is pretty strong. This would be the equivalent of curling a 1 lb dumbbell and expecting to make strength gains. Yea you could fatigue the muscle eventually, but how long is that gonna take?

The different sizes are great.

I initially was enjoying the product however it broke very quickly and I was not able to get a replacement. Instead I have to go through the return process and wait for a refund in order to purchase a replacement later. Very disappointed as I have seen other people with the same experience. The product was being used as per the instructions and broke within the first three weeks of use. In my opinion it seems to be a product flaw that needs to be addressed.
