Exceedingly strong tape
Solid as a rock, used to secure a body kit to my car, but be prepared, its a bit fiddly to get off and remove both sides of the backing, because its so sticky! The body kit is going no where

Failed on me
I have taken my sweet time on this review but sadly I have to come back and give it an honest review that it didn't meet up to my expectations. The specific usecase : underdesk to attach a 3pc 3monitor KVM switch to underside of desk at the front. The KVM can get warm with all those electronics chirping way inside. I thoroughly cleaned and degreased the surface of the KVM and the underside of the desk, waited for everything to dry and then laid mulitple lines of tape in cross hatch pattern, so it woudlnt peel off in one direction or another. and then I wedged a spacer in between the top of the filing cabinet and the bottom of the KVM switch to compress it against the desk underside for 24 hours. the poin tio f stickign it to underdesk is so that it remains in place when i swing the filing cabinet out the way to get to the backside of the rack. For a while it was great, I have the KVM switch there as it uses an infrared remote so i can switch any machine to another display about 5metres away so when I'm sat there i can freely move my keyboard and mouse easily between. Well a few weeks ago the KVM switch fell off. The tape didn't hold, the KVM switch does get warm but this stuff is suppoed ot be heat resistant, I dont know the total system weight but its a 7x4x1 inch box with about seven cables plugged in the back. Maybe it was the 'torque' induced from the cables coming out of rear of the box. Maybe several sections of 50mm width cut up to cover the surface of that KVM would fare better. But that's almost ยฃ30 worth of tape, and the thinner strips with same coverage should have not failed with this load.

this stuff is STRONG
I've been using this tape for various things for years, VHB stands for Very High Bond - and they aren't exaggerating. Don't put it on something you expect to remove any time soon. So long as you clean the surfaces you want to stick well, no dust or grease left, and support the item if it's relatively heavy - typically you only have to support things for 2-3 days; once it's on -it's on. I've used it to tidy up a desk by sticking all the ugly power bricks to the underside, attach small clear hooks for Christmas lights to PVC trim, and numerous other things over the years. I used to jokie I only needed two tools - duct tape and WD40, I was wrong. I need 3 tools, duct tape, VHB tape, and WD40. I'll repeat my warning, don't use this if you want to remove things later. Also, if you stick to plaster, it will almost certainly remove a chunk if you try to remove the item later. This is the tape for when you need something to stay EXACTLY where you put it until the end of time.
