They work and are easy to install.
Super easy to install. Had never used these before. Installed 6 if them in short order. Instrictions were very clear. All tested good and have had them working for several weeks now. Highly recommended with true Cable CAT6e which is tje ethernet cable I ordered.

Great for maximizing cable performance
They say that the key limiting factor of ethernet cable performance are the cable connectors. If you plug your cable directly into a switch or router and want to be sure you have matching impedance with a wall keystone jack at the other end of the cable, then this is the product to use. Using a fluke network tester, I can get about another .2 or .3 dB of overall performance out of a cable. Great if you are trying to get every ounce of performance out of your network. I was able to get old cat 5e cable to exceed cat 6 specifications, which saved me from having to rerun my cables. It also has improved overall network performance, as the switch or router is not having to resend due to failed transmission packets.
