Faulty laptop
I got very old used laptop. Didn't start for long time. When started got an error message. The seller i think event not checked what he was sending.

Laptop received was awesome as in performance,but my bad after 3 months few keys stops working so i contacted concern person which no. was shared in order list, RENTOPC, they have professional staff to assist me for support, as see we unable to resolve issue from our end ,rentopc arrange currior to pickup laptop then after they rectify issue and resolve the problem and send laptop in best condition to me back ,which total process is handle by them. Very impressive and supportive.Thanks to Rentopc team.

Fantastic laptop
Had an incredible experience with my laptop till date. completely satisfactory & price worthy.Its touch screen feature makes it even more amazing to use. Performance is also up to par and its tablet mode feature really made my work much easier & comfortable...I would definitely recommend to go with this product if thinking of buying a new laptop.

Got What Was Promised. Very Good Laptop.
Its a used laptop so expect few scratches. Otherwise everything else is good. Battery life is excellent. It lasts me over 6 hours on regular usage. Battery seems to be replaced with new cell as battery wear is almost zero (which is great) as per battery helath report. Although capacity seems less than original (36wh as against 41wh given on hp official page).If you need 2 in 1 laptop then at this price this is unbeatable.
