Friendly to stomach

Postpartum, there is a potential decline in iron levels, resulting in anemia. However, the utilization of Liposomal Iron facilitated their recuperation from this condition. Highly recommended.

Unless you go to an American website you cannot buy heme iron in the uk or eu. This vegetarian, non-heme-iron product is the next best thing. It is the best you will get. It's not as good as heme iron in that you absorb less, but, over several months, it does at least work.

Great vitamin...

Unlike other elemental iron supplements, this gave me no tummy troubles. I still have another month before blood tests, so fingers crossed. *UPDATE* An update after six months of taking this is that my previously severe anaemia has resolved. My ferritin is up to 80 and I now need to reduce my supplementation to avoid causing problems with having too much iron! I was anaemic for years and this is the only thing that helped. Fantastic.

kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Von vielen Eisenpräparaten bekommt man zum Beispiel Verstopfung. Aber hier gab es keine Probleme oder Nebenwirkungen von daher auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Kapseln sind gut verträglich und lassen sich leicht einnehmen. Besonders positiv finde ich die Kombination mit Folsäure und Vitamin B12 sowie die einfache Dosierung im Alltag. Insgesamt ein sehr solides Eisenpräparat.
