Beautiful Dress I absolutely love this dress! 😍 It is beautiful, classy, and very flattering. The material has a lovely flow to it, and I really love the wrap-style waist and tie detail—it gives the dress such a feminine and elegant look. The length is perfect for dressing up or wearing for a nice dinner, church, work event, or special occasion. The neutral color is gorgeous and makes it so easy to accessorize. I absolutely love this dress! It fits perfectly, and the Brilliant Blue color is even more beautiful in person. The lightweight satin material is comfortable and gives the dress a polished, elegant look without feeling too formal. I originally bought this dress for my daughter’s college graduation dinner, but I’ve already worn it to several other occasions and even to work. I’ve received so many compliments every time I wear it! I love that you can easily dress it up with heels and accessories or dress it down for a more casual look. The button-down style, ruched detail, and tie waist are very flattering and give the dress a beautiful shape. For the quality, comfort, and versatility, I think it’s very fairly priced. Definitely a great addition to any wardrobe, and I would absolutely recommend it! 💙

This dress has five sets of pleats down the front whereas the one in the ad appears to Have eight. Big difference. Also, the swirling effect at the hemline is definitely not in the actual dress. They didn’t have to lie to us like that because it’s still a very lovely dress. My body is over 50 years old, 5’6, 162lbs 34D bra, 32 waist, 42 hips, long torso, short legs. I ordered both large and extra large in the dusty pink color. it’s more like salmon, an absolutely gorgeous color. I ordered both at a discount price of $39.99 and both dresses had obviously been previously purchased and returned, though the description did not advise me of that. They were very wrinkled and wadded up in an Amazon return bag, unbuttoned, etc. The dresses are well made. Nice quality. Certainly worth the price I paid. The waist line comes about three inches above my belly button. The armholes offer clear visibility into your armpit, and more. The seem going down the middle of the back of the skirt, tends to slide toward my right side. This also means the buttons down the front of the skirt are sliding toward my left side. That’s annoying. Tying the bow in the front adds weight to my appearance so I think I’ll prefer it tied in the back. I generally wear size large/size 12. The XL is too baggy in the top for my 34D chest. The large puckers in the back above my bum like it wants another inch or two of fabric. This is just how it is with my body shape. Tying the bow in the back helps conceal the pucker and the drifting seem, but the front buttons drifting left…. No way to hide that. The XL hangs loosely everywhere and does not drift around.

Hello! I like to begin my apparel reviews by sharing my measurements, along with the size and color I ordered, to hopefully help you decide which size might work best for you. MY MEASUREMENTS: I’m 5'4", currently 145 lbs, 36D-28-39, with a 29" inseam. I typically wear a size 6 or 8 in pants and a Medium in tops. WHAT I ORDERED: I ordered the Navy in a Medium, which is my usual size. And once again, please forgive the wrinkles! I was trying on several dresses and apparently still wasn't committed enough to the cause to pull out the iron first. 😂 FIT & SIZING: The Medium fits me very well. At a 36D, I sometimes have trouble with button-front dresses pulling or gaping across the bust, but I have enough room in this one and don't feel like I need to size up. The included tie belt lets me bring in the waist and gives the dress much more shape. STYLE: I really like the classic shirt-dress styling. The collar and button front make it look polished, while the cuffed short sleeves keep it from feeling too formal. The tie belt can be adjusted to wherever it's most flattering, which I appreciate. LENGTH: At 5'4", the dress falls to a true midi length on me. I actually think the proportion works particularly well with the defined waist—it gives me coverage without swallowing my frame. FABRIC: The fabric is lightweight with a smooth finish and a nice drape. As you can certainly tell from my photos, it does wrinkle, so this is one I would definitely steam or iron before wearing out. I wanted to show the dress straight from the package rather than pretend those wrinkles weren't there. OVERALL: This is a very versatile dress. I could see wearing it to lunch, brunch, dinner, the office, church or on vacation. Heels dress it up, but I think it would look equally cute with flats or sandals for a more casual look. For my 5'4", 145-lb, 36D-28-39 frame, the Medium is the right size. I especially like the way the belt defines the waist and the fact that I can comfortably wear a button-front style without pulling across my bust. It's an easy, classic dress that can be styled a lot of different ways.

It fit perfectly. The size was true and I have no gripe over it. The fabric was nice and it was sewed together great. That said - I was disappointed. It looked like a high end hotel silk robe. I returned it immediately. Be warned. It may work for YOU but my husband pointed out the robe comment and was an immediate “no”.

This dress is amazing! Wore it to an engagement party and got a lot of compliments. I have a large chest so many dresses just don’t look great, but this was very flattering on a fuller figure! Color options are great as well. Material is beautiful as well just a beautiful sheen to the fabric dresses it up! Might purchase a second in another color!

This dress is perfect. Steams well, fits great in all aspects of the style, I’m pretty busty and the neck wasn’t too low for the girls to be hanging out too much. Very tasteful. Fabric is a smidge see thru but that’s to be expected with the blend. Great for business casual or a night out!

This shirt dress is SO flattering! The ruching really adds a nice feminine shape and styling to a simple shirt dress. The tie at the waist adds shape and definition as well. I preferred tying it to the side instead of in the middle because I felt it added too much bulk near the belly when tied directly in front. The sleeve length and dress length are both really nice. I am 5'10" and 145lbs. Usually a size small in shirts and size 8 in pants. The small fits perfectly. Things to know.... the dress is made of a satin type fabric which elevates the looks as compared to a cotton shirt dress. As you can see from the pictures, the dress wrinkles easily. The Other issue is static cling. It is very dry winter conditions here at the moment and my skin is dry, so that is probably contributing to the static issue. One other thing to note is that the dress is a true button down. All buttons down the front are working buttons. The buttons didn't seem like they would come undone too easily to be an issue. But I am considering sewing them shut from the waist down just to be safe. Overall, I absolutely love the dress.

This is a beautiful dress. I'm 5"5, 175 pounds, 43" hips and a DD36. This dress is incredibly flattering. I feel confident in it, and the silky texture is so elegant and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful dress. Flattering on my figure. wear a size 8/10 (measurements 36/29/40) usually 150lbs/ 5’7” and M fits great. It is also comfortable. I may buy it in more colours (the emerald green is lovely).
