I ordered one and was blessed to receive a bowl that is tuned to the 528hz frequency. I am absolutely in love with the resonant tone it plays. The size fits perfectly in my hand, being a little bigger than my palm, but as advertised. I use this during prayers and by the end of any time I use it I find myself still playing it even after my prayer has finished. It also comes with a mallet, instructions, and a donut pillow to rest it on but I find it much better to play when it’s held in hand. Great quality and functionality for the price. Great sound, nice quality Great to have around the house

Pros: Inexpensive. Beautiful. Fairly easy to make it sing. Cons: Ringing sound from striking the side does not last very long. The singing sound with the included wooden striker does not sound as nice as when played with a suede striker. This bowl is beautiful to look at and I think it is best suited for meditation or decoration rather than for healing applications.

This is so cool once you figure out how it works. It can really get going. It gets louder as the video progresses and the bowl started noticeably vibrating in my hand. All my pets got quiet and very interested! I gave one to each of my girlfriends on a cabin in the mountains trip as a memento!

Practice makes perfect. Remember: keep your elbow up. The tone is beautiful. I made my bowl sing on the first try. The bowl seems larger than described. I am very happy with the craftsmanship and weight. I will be buying more of these bowls in different sizes for different tones. The mic on my phone picked up a friction sound that I don’t notice when my bowl is singing. I highly recommend these bowls.

I’m very happy with this purchase. I use this before I meditate each morning. The sound of the bowl is lovely and easy to make. It’s a great value as well.
