These are very useful & easy to use at home which means I can change the ones on my hearing aids without having to make an appointment

Not as advertised
Just received the 8mm open domes, ordered Siemens RIC Click, as that's what is shown in the picture. What arrived is Oticon RITE 8mm open, while they may turn out to be okay, I see it as false advertising. If I order Siemens RIC Click, that's what I expect for my money, not a probable cheap alternative. If I wanted a cheap alternative I would bought from another supplier. :( As a follow up to my original review, the supplier replaced the wrong domes with the correct ones, without any hassle, would use them again. Just tried the domes and they don't fit my hearing aid, what a waste of money, will call them tomorrow and update my post on how the supplier responds.
