Pivots Great!
Product Held and operated a 90lb door without an issue. Swings like butter. Only issue was converting the instructional measurements from Millimeters to Inches. Other than that, its a smooth process for the experienced carpenter.

Shipping container is poor at best
Box is torn and tattered. Looks like this was returned . All dimentions on the instructions are metric. No layout . Instructions are poor at best.

The shipping damaged the product
Everything looks great and easy to understand. The piece is hidden but when we received the mechanism the chrome base plate is badly damaged. It's one of the few parts that are seen too. I'm hoping they will exchange the recently ordered one with a new one.

Difficult to open.
Looks great and I like the adjustable closing speed. Reason for 2 stars is that it is very hard to push open and don’t see a way to adjust it. Description says low resistance opening, but anyone going through the doors has to use their back, shoulder or butt and lean hard if hands are full.

Super good quality, very good adjustments
I liked the quality, heavy duty. Good adjustments. Very nice soft close. We need a powerful enough touch latch to push open the door, can someone recommend one?
