Great product! Raises ketones and helps so much when you’re fasting with appetite control. It also helps with energy. Super easy to mix with sparkling water or beverage of choice. It is quite tart.

OMG Powerful! First - the taste is fabulously refreshing! - I love the tart kick and the fact its clean - no other BS ingredients. I added a dash of salt, ice and 16oz filtered water -- sipped slowly. Boosted my ketone production for 3 days!! Excited to add this tool to my arsenal for when I'm ready to fast longer and can lean into this product for those challenging slumps.

I'm at the end of my ketone carnivore health journey and now that I feel so much better, my ketones have cratered. Dr Boz spends quite a bit of time online coaching people through this, but nothing is working. I'm still strict carnivore. I hoped that adding this very expensive product would help edge me back over 1.0 for ketones. My ketones have budged. I stay between 0.3 and 0.5. I do all the things and nothing is moving them including this product. Oh, and I've used this product every day for 40 days. That's two $95 bags. So that's all I'm willing to give it. Do what you will. Everyone is different, but I'm not willing to spend this kind of money on something that doesn't work. If you try it, I hope it does amazing things for you. This is my second order. I actually love the taste and am very grateful for this product as well as all of the information provided by Dr Boz to help reverse my insulin resistance. If your having trouble producing ketones, try this product! It is expensive, but wow it works! It is pretty sour tasting, but if you have been on a super strick keto diet for awhile (like a year or more), it may not seem that sour. I have been eating a keto (almost carnivore) diet for over 2 years now and the sour, tart taste of Dr. Boz's Pucker Up is not that tart to me anymore. It helps me keep my ketones up and definitely gives me energy when I'm in a afternoon slump. It has pure ingredients with no extra fillers or artificial sweeteners, and it mixes easily into water.

After losing 50 lb on keto with help from Dr Boz Youtube videos and over 50 more to go, I've hit a plateau. Decided to add more tools to my work belt with this pucker up. I added it to sparkling water like Dr Boz does, 0.75 liter bottle, the taste is just right, not too strong or too weak. I really like it. I'm doing 72 hour fasts from Sat. to Tue. Was struggling toward end of each day. I hope this will help with cravings and allow me to accomplish my goal of extended fast each week for continued weight loss, autophagy and destruction of any stray cancer stem cells that may have survived my DIY treatments.
