Great product! Raises ketones and helps so much when you’re fasting with appetite control. It also helps with energy. Super easy to mix with sparkling water or beverage of choice. It is quite tart.

I use these whenever I'm fasting, or whenever I need to recover quickly from falling off the low-carb wagon. Pucker Ups are amazing. Only ketones. No "fat" to worry about. No bowel issues. Just energy. It's really tart so put it in something a little sweet. I don't do "sweet" anymore because I'm trying to avoid anything that makes me hungry or makes insulin flow. But a little sweetness counteracts the extreme tartness of the PuckerUps.

I'm at the end of my ketone carnivore health journey and now that I feel so much better, my ketones have cratered. Dr Boz spends quite a bit of time online coaching people through this, but nothing is working. I'm still strict carnivore. I hoped that adding this very expensive product would help edge me back over 1.0 for ketones.My ketones have budged. I stay between 0.3 and 0.5. I do all the things and nothing is moving them including this product. Oh, and I've used this product every day for 40 days. That's two $95 bags. So that's all I'm willing to give it.Do what you will. Everyone is different, but I'm not willing to spend this kind of money on something that doesn't work. I almost never write reviews, but I’m making an exception with this one. I was extremely reluctant to buy this. I finally pulled the trigger because I had rewards built up that paid for most of it. At the time of me riding this review I’m about nine weeks into a carnivore lifestyle. I am still struggling with insulin resistance and was typically getting a reading of a .6 to .8 for ketosis. The first time I took this about an hour or so later I took my readings and I was at 2.5. My energy was high. I took it in the morning so later that evening when I had dinner, I took it again and it was at 1.8. This only stays in your system for a couple of hours, but it tells your body to start making ketones. I can personally say that my results every time I’ve taken this have been close to it 2 to 2 1/2 and my evening results before dinner or normally around a 1.5 to 1.8. I don’t currently exercise although I know it would help if I did I don’t fast and I’m sure it would help if I did. This is still pretty pricey for me, but I do feel like it’s worth it because it is getting my body to produce ketones.

Love this stuff! Dr. Boz says it tastes really sour, which is true. But I like it anyway. I know that Dr. Boz says to stay away from sweet tastes, but I am young (43 yo) and not terribly insulin resistant, so I like to put it in bubbly water and add a few drops of liquid stevia to this to make it taste kind of like lemonade. Much better in my opinion than her raspberry lemon flavored BHB. There isn't anything wrong with that flavor, and Dr. Boz actually says that her raspberry lemon is more ketones for the $$, but I just prefer the taste of this one. If I was on a budget though, I would buy the raspberry lemon. I can't wait to try her other flavors also. Thank you Dr. Boz, for being the one YouTube doctor out there who has been a true game changer in my health (and my husband's and my mother's and my childrens'), and for providing such high quality products!
