Q: Im a mechanic, are these oil and grease resistant?

not really but they are good gloves but in general.

Q: Are these warm enough for winter below freezing?

Haven't worked in winter with them yet but my first ripped at the fingertips in 3 days

Q: Are these very abrasion resistant? for digging directly in soil? i have problems finding any glove that will work outdoors with me >1 wk. fingers go.
