Great board and great for the family
So I bought this board as my first board I don't have any kind of balance or like the water but thought be a good way to get the children out with me and off the computers. The boards been great so far, I found it hard pumping it up the first few times to recommended 15psi but now it only takes me 5 mins and its ready to go, even my 11 year old daughter can pump it up her self.(you can get an electric pump instead but I'd say its definitelynot needed) The bag is strong plenty of room that it's not impossible to get back in after you use, bag un zips one side and all the way around like a flap. The board Deflates very quickly so takes no time to pack up. The paddle looks and feels good quality and easily adaptable to length you need. It comes with a carry strap i found this helpful to carry the board, the extra waterproof bag is exactly that and a helpful addition that not all paddleboard kits come with for the lunch or bits you want to take out with you. I wanted a paddleboard to use by myself and with a child this has done just that found it to be very stable I stood first time on it. I've taken myself my daughter and son out and it has done perfect. I'd recommend this board to any one its great all-rounder for a good price.

Fantastic board... cheap but definitely not nasty
I was sceptical about this board, having never seen one, but put my faith in the previous positive reviews and am happy I did. It's stable, quick to inflate, stable, easy to use, stable, has good workmanship in the board and accessories, stable, has a great bag, is light, stable, arrived quickly and packs down really well. By the way, did I mention it's stable! I had me (around 95kg) and two lurchers on it with no issue and was still manouverable. The paddle is a little on the heavy side but it's solid and gives good purchase in the water. I've used a few i-sups and this was one of the better ones. Only marginally below the red boards for quality and stability and certainly worth the money.

Love it
I've had this board since the beginning of April and wanted to wait till I'd been out on it a few times before rating on here. Ok what can I tell you. Well this is a great board, especially since it is priced so affordably. Once pumped up to 15psi it is like being on a rigid body sup, and has no flex in the body when being stood on. Takes alittle effort to pump to correct psi, but then again o think must isups do. On the water it is superb. So far I've surfed it at qwithian beach in 2ft (waist height) surf, and it performed very well. Turning was alittle tricky, but at the end of the day it's not a 6ft short board. On the plus side it is a wave catching monster :). Personally I wouldn't feel comfortable surfing waves much bigger than chest high, but I think the board would cope happily (as long as you had the skill set to do.so). On the flat it is also great. I've had both me and my daughter on the board (total of 90ish kg) and it didn't batter an eyelid. Again no effect on the rigidity or stability what so ever. Ride control is great and tracks very well. Build quality is great, again especially at this price. Customer service is excellent. I had a minor issue with broken zip on bag, and hose connection. These were both acknowledged, and rectified immediately with no problems. I would highly recommend this isup package to anyone. Well done aquaplanet, you've done a marvelous job. I just need to save up now so I can get the pace board too :)

Great product and customer service
Bought this to go on holiday to Cornwall fantastic price ยฃ288 bargain for a first time sup board there is better out there do your research this isnโt a negative review on the board. Love the blue and orange it comes with everything you need no need to buy a pump or a paddle itโs all in the box. Ok so itโs got a easy setting on the pump and a hard setting I start on the hard which is fine for a little bit then turn it to easy it is not bad at all from reading instructions itโs straight forward easy peasy donโt forget to register it back to pumping it up took me about 5-8 minutes make sure the white plastic part of the inflatable isnโt down as when you take the pump attachment off the air will come out make sure itโs up itโs were you take the grey cap off you will see it I pumped mine up to the max setting and was perfectly fine I also did it to the min. Now mine was leaking slightly from the pump up area nothing to worry about it does happen you have a tighter up tool this does the job. Ok so now the problem I had day 5 in my board developed a big air bubble which was quite big so when I got home I contacted them they said I could do it myself which sounded easy enough but I didnโt want to do that or they said they would fix it so I got back to them as It was so new Iโm on a Facebook group and they said ask for a new board for a replacement which was no problem at all I got it back in a week Iโve given it a 4 star because of this but I believe itโs a common issue with this company as I believe they donโt use enough glue on them which should be resolved in my honest opinion. But donโt let this put you off itโs still a great board for a first time user. Little tip start of on your belly then go onto your knees after a bit try and stand up on the deck lining looking into the distance not looking at the deck now donโt stand up at the back not at the front just over half way the front is were the blue netting is and make sure you use your paddle in the right way around and the correct length which is adjustable and use your ankle leash donโt want to loose your board also wear a life vest especially if going out deeper and especially for children. Carrying it is best with handle or shoulder strap as the wind can push you about a bit. Package it back up press the white button down deflate it packed into the back pack that comes with it itโs quite heavy but itโs fine once itโs clipped on you enjoy and have fun.

Easy to use Paddleboard
I have used this paddleboard 5 times over last couple of weeks. Its been great so far but I have to say I have invested in the Aquaplanet electric pump as it was very difficult to pump up to the recommended 15psi.(the electric pump is great all done in 5/6 min) I'm not sure if it's the quality of the manual pump but it's near impossible to press down on my own when I hit 13/14 psi. Yes you dont have to pump to 15psi but over the few times I've used the nearer you get to 15psi the better it is. The bag is strong and big enough that it's not impossible to get back in after you use. Deflates very quickly. The paddle looks and feels good quality and easily adaptable to length you need. The strap helpful to carry the board and the extra waterproof bag is exactly that and a helpful addition that not all paddleboard kits come with. I wanted a large paddleboard to use by myself and with a child too. So far so good. If your looking for speed only maybe not the model for you.

Really good on the sales side but really disapointed with the aftersales
Bought two Aquaplanet Max boards in May and one of the boards is great. The other board when inflated had a small leak at the valve. After an hour the board was no longer useable and had to come in, due to the leak. Contacted Aquaplanet and was told the valve needed tightening and not uncommon and to use the tool provided. I tightened the valve as tight as possible, the air was still leaking. I contacted support again explaining that I had tightened as much as I could and was told to try holding the valve through the board to make sure it was really tight and again the same issue. I have since sent the board back for repair (was hoping for a replacement as the board has always had the leak). I have had no communication since regards what is happening and can't get through as phones are constantly engaged.

Very happy with purchase
Read loads of reviews whilst looking for a family inflatable SUP (on Amazon and SUP review websites). Models by established brands seemed to start at around ยฃ600 or more... which was way more than I was prepared to spend. Eventually I settled on this one as the best of the budget boards and so far I'm very happy with it. Inflating took 2 of us taking it in turns less than 10 mins. It sits well in / on the water and took 2 of us (total about 21 stone) without any problems. It keeps its direction very well though requires a bit more effort to turn so better for touring. Stability seems pretty good. Standing in any board isn't easy for beginners and on this is no exception but I started to get the hang of it on my second outing. Deflating it was easier and quicker than I was expecting, ie. A few minutes. The bag is fine so far. Its not super robust but everything fits ok and the zips work fine and dedicated SUP bags are available if it breaks. So all in all I'm very happy with my purchase.

Good sturdy board, ideal price for a beginner.
After looking at and reading the reviews of a lot of paddle boards available on Amazon. I chose this one. It arrived in good time well packaged. As a beginner to the sport of stand up paddle boarding, I didnโt want to break the bank buying a board. With this board I didnโt. Having been out on the sea up in the north of Scotland it is a very sturdy board and the time Iโm spending in the water rather than stood on the board is all me. Canโt fault the board in anyway. However the bag the it comes with could be of a tougher design. Firstly the zoos are abit weak and even taking it out of the bag for the first time came off in my hand, and the seem has now ripped carrying it on its shoulder straps. A problem you do not want only having using it twice.

Awesome iSUP - I get compliments every time I take it out!
I love my iSUP! I have had it for a couple of months - I wanted to fully try it out before reviewing. I go out on it about once a week - I have bumped it, scraped it, gotten the bottom stuck in a shallow part of the lake, taken my sharp-clawed dog on it, and have seen no damage. It was initially hard to inflate (my hubby did the last few psi), but I will just keep it inflated (read the instructions and inflate it fully!) - until we travel with it or store it for the winter. It is very stable - I have no problem keeping my balance (after a little practice), but I only go out when the weather is calm. My 20-pound dog walks around on it while I stand to paddle and it doesn't cause me to lose my balance. I have ridden with my 12-year-old dd several times - one of us sits while the other sits or stands to paddle. It is easier than I thought it would be to keep my balance, but I did start out sitting, then kneeling, while practicing controlling it with the paddle, before I braved standing up. We live near a lake, but not on the water, and I wanted something I could carry by myself the 5-minute hike to the lake, and I can manage it and the paddle, no problem. I am glad I got the one with D-rings and a carrying strap - I don't think I could have carried it with only the handle, just because it is big and awkward, especially if there is a breeze. The only thing I don't like about it is the white color - if I get lake mud or scum on it, it looks awfully dirty!

Great board!
We have a traditional paddle board and purchased this inflatable to compare. We were surprised at how stable it was and love how easy it was to transport. It rode similar to a traditional board and was easily maneuverable. It was relatively easy to inflate but required a little muscle at the end. We thoroughly enjoy our board!

Carry bag seam tore after 2 times using it.
The board was fine. The bag tore after the second use. I have used the board three times. Very disappointed in the carrying backpack. I contacted the maker and they didn't even respond. I asked for a replacement backpack. The price was $331 when I ordered it. Glad I didn't pay the current price of $489! The description says, "heavy duty rucksack". I might have considered this brand for my next paddle board purchase but will look at other brands simply because of the poor costumer service and poor quality rucksack.
