Can the mitsubishi mhk2 thermostat receiver module connect to the airzone aidoo?

I'm not an expert, but I don't believe so. The MHK2 requires the RED3 prototcol. The AIdoo WiFi controller is a link to a cloud based service, and can't be adapted to that model Mitsi thermostat.

Will the Aidoo Wifi still function even when internet service to the house is disrupted?
