Very great taste to it taste just like lemonade I have some to a coworker we are (nurses) it gave us the right amount of energy while working a two hour shift got a workout in while not feeling like I’m taking medicine DEFINITELY A HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRODUCT

Taste is a major thing with me & workout "powers". This is the best tasting one I've encountered to date. Strawberry Lemonade, which I wasn't exactly thrilled about ordering, but so glad I took a chance. I actually enjoy it while I'm working out! Sugar free and good solid ingredients. Research for yourself, I did before ordering. 💓 Superb shipping/delivery time.

It's hard to enjoy
I hate the taste of this stuff so bad, its very sour and hard to drink, for myself. I honestly haven't used it consistently because of that and although I've ordered it twice, I will not again because I just cant get past the taste.

Went from not taking creatine to taking this every day. Love this. Love the results of feelings less sore and having more energy to add weight and challenge myself. No one commented on my gym changes in weight and muscle until 2 weeks of using this daily with also drinking at least 1 gallon of water a day. Now everyone notices my weight change, clothes change and energy change. Will order every time I am close to being out.
