Best brace I've used
Without a doubt the best back brace I've ever used. It aleviates a lot of my symptoms from my herniated discs in L4- L5- S1. I've used it during a long car ride (15+ hrs) and I don't think I would have been able to make it without the brace. I really like the additional foam insert. It provides good lumbar pressure. I'm 5' 11", 230lbs, with a 36' waist and the Medium fits perfectly.

Excellent
Excellent quality and support. I had 3 bulging disks and 1 herniated one. Could not sit and barely move. This brace has been a lifesaver. Gives support to core while healing and is comfortable to wear during work. Would definitely recommend. Size was perfect, velcro stays in place. I appreciated the extra pad for extension, now it fits my husband too

This back brace gives moderate support and works better than the very expensive one my orthopedic surgeon prescribed for me.

Great and comfortable I used it for my sciatica.
I got this when my sciatica was acting up after doing some yard work. It is great and comfortable to use. I am now going to use in on-going anytime I do work to prevent my sciatica pain from returning. Gives you great support when you wear it and comfortable enough to keep on for hours.

Supportive and comfortable
Great brace for activity! I carry heavy Amazon packages every day, 6 days a week and this brace has helped my back. Itโs comfortable enough to where all day.

If you're reading this, this is for you!
I don't usually write in depth reviews but - if you're reading this review, this brace is for you! I got a compression fracture in my L2. Went to a doctor for a brace and it was $612. Before I left the parking lot, I ordered this brace. This product is $560 cheaper than the doctor's office brace. This fits better than the more expensive brace. This supports better than the more expensive brace. It fits nicely and doesn't prevent mobility or dexterity while providing the support and relief desired. This brace is even more lightweight than the one offered by the doctors office. Seems like a great quality product that will last well through the needs I will have for it!

Cheaply made, not as tall as the picture, but will work for most cases
For a 36โ waist, the brace only provides minimal support and Iโd expect at a 34โ waist there would not be adequate support. The pictured brace is notably taller than the one received. It holds well and the shape is great. Overall itโs more cheaply made than expected as well, where the Velcro will likely wear out quickly. If the brace is just for temporary, short-term use for a 36โ+ waist it will probably work fine. But anything <36โ and long-term Iโd find a higher quality product,
