These cubes dont look like they can hold much. Can you pack jeans and pants in these? Do i fold or roll to fit clothes in these?

They definitely look small but they absolutely hold jeans and pants! I folded about 10 pants into the bigger one. Rolling takes up too much space and doesn't help with the compression. Just make sure to unzip the bags all the way for maximum space

Is it a rip-stop fabric?

No. It feels like smooth nylon fabric. I stored denim in the largest bag & it held up well. I didn’t test to see if it was water proof.

Is it waterproof (Can I put wet clothes inside)?

Hmmm, I haven’t tried that yet but will let you know when I do use it for that purpose. Although, I believe you can if you wrong out most of the water before placing wet clothes inside a sealed bag.

Are the clothes wrinkled when they come out of compression bags?

I didn't notice any wrinkling- and my clothes were packed for a week!
