Bought this and gave it away - it’s basically Salt with Garlic and overpowers all other flavours. Used as a dry brine it’s okay, but you need to use in tiny quantities. Better off with other rubs

I cannot talk enough about this spice. It is very versatile I use it on everything. It really brings out the flavor of the food. I use it on brisket, ribs, chicken, pork chops, shoulders and butt. Excellent excellent excellent! I saw a video making a braided roast pork loin and this was the rub and then the vinegar based sauce goes on top. This is a regular signature meal for me now.
