I purchased a female dwarf hamster for my Granddaughter. I had hamsters when I was a kid. It’s important they have their baths. This was the best sand I could find. It very soft and very fine. Julia loves rolling in it. My favorite part is when the little thing shakes like a dog after bathing herself.Do not bath hamsters in water. Just saying in case you are new to hamsters.

It is really good quality and worth the price. I like that it is enough for the bath size I have for my Hamster. He is having a lovely time using it.

This product has great quality, but is not a good value for the money due to its small package size. It is excellent sand for any hamster, pure white as shown, dust free, and 14 ounces. Exactly as described. However, it has no size reference to show how small 14 oz of sand is-- the size of a small treat bag. If you have a dwarf hamster, and a small dust bath it may fill.up your container once. If you have a Syrian hamster, like me get a 10or 20 POUND bash of Reprimand or TeraSand, as its about 17 bucks and sterilized and dust free as well.
