What Don't these bars have? They taste better than your average granola bar. They are cheap. They are high in fiber. They are the perfect chewiness and size. These are the perfect snack with balanced nutritional value. These aren't something you want, but something you need.

Good Snack
These are good and taste great, but be aware that they contain a lot of fiber. For me, eating half a bar is perfect, but whenever I eat a whole bar, it seems like too much fiber and can upset my stomach. Other than that, they’re a convenient and satisfying snack.

OMG! I love these. I like oatmeal cookies & everything else oatmeal. I bought these to try & fell in love. The chewy texture, chocolate & oats with the fiber content is a great menu additive that also takes care of a sweets craving. I like the extra 2 g of protein, too. Be careful not to eat too many fiber One bars in a single day, though. It will definitely move things along, starting with gas......1 a day is sufficient!

Delicious but a sticky mess
We enjoyed the bars, handy for meal supplements with 20 g of protein. They were delicious too. Handling was rather difficult as these bars are very sticky.
