Does the vitamins loose it’s effectiveness in hot foods such as instant oatmeal?

I believe I read not hot while cooking but is fine to use in warm foods, but loses efficacy in hotter temps while cooking.

Is there a version of this vitamin blend that is less orange (even if it means being without curcumin)?

Accepted Answer

It is a light orange due to methylated vitamin B’s. We recommend using enough liquid so it doesn’t change milk a color if you have a super picky eater. It’s actually a tip in one of our highlights! Our supplement is designed to be sensory friendly dissolvable powder with no flavoring added. Most mix in their child’s favorite juice but we have heard of people mixing in everything from yogurt to ketchup, pasta sauce, peanut butter, macaroni and cheese or even cooking with it! You can add to muffin, pancake or French toast batter, meat patties, scrambled eggs a variety of ways to give it. If you have a very picky eater and trouble introducing new things start with as small as a sprinkle on foods and ease your way up to full dosage. Does this have iron?

Many children receive adequate amounts of iron through their diet, as some other do not. Since there is a large variability in need for iron and it carries a large risk for over consumption with negative side effects, it was left out for safety. If you believe your child has an iron deficiency, we recommend you see your pediatrician.

Is there a purging period?

No but we recommend starting slowly, half the recommended dose the first week in the morning with food then ease into full dose in week 2
