Hello David! Thank you for your question. We use gelatin capsules derived from Bovine-Hide due to the fact that these capsules are less processed than others. The more you process something, the more likely you are to contaminate it. This holds true for veggie caps. It is much harder to make sturdy capsules out of vegetables than to make it out of animal products. This was Dr. Clark's protocol. Whats the difference in these and red clover ?

I have never used red clover but my understanding is it is for indigestion. I use clothes to get rid of parasite eggs. I would say it depends upon your specific needs close probably do as well help with indigestion but that is not my intended use. Hope this was helpful.
