Very tasty, didn't read the ingredients until I felt a slight heat, not hot, then read it had black pepper, which is fine as it activates curcumin in turmeric. Fruity taste, but boy, my energy has improved. Been using it for a few weeks now, and only just realised how less tired I am.

That’s my second bottle. I take one shot in the morning and one in the evening. It’s been helping a lot with stress and anxiety, also really good for your gut health (I do take pre- and probiotics too so.. however turmeric and all the goodness in the bottle can definitely support). nice taste. been taking every day for the last 3 weeks and i think its having a beneficial effect as i seem a little more optimistic about every day life; perhaps the product i've been waiting for. The supplement is made of quality herbs . It's not cheap , but you feel the effect immediately when compared to other similar supplements. Easy to swallow. You don't have to wait 1-2 weeks to feel the effect. Improves sleep quality for sure.
