Good brand. Great product. I comparison shopped and did some research before going with this brand. I’m happy with the product quality and price. Please research why it’s important to take K2 and D3 together. (It’s important) This supplement is most commonly used to support bone health, vascular health and to help with immunity. Pure Encapsulations Vit D3 and K2 contains hypoallergenic plant fiber and a vegetarian capsule. It is free from common allergens, GMOs, and artificial additives. These are easy to swallow capsules and the recommended dosage is just one per day. BUT, check with your doctor. While most people are vitamin D deficient, it is possible to have too much. Vitamins A,D, E and K are fat soluble and can be stored in your liver leading to toxicity. Also, if you’re on a blood thinner ask your doctor before taking vitamin K in any form. I purchased these vitamin D capsules at the recommendation of my doctor for deficiency and an and a lack of energy and I have noticed an increase in my lab numbers since I have taken them. They have no smell. They are small enough to ingest without any issues. They don’t have any of the other junk that is added to some of the chewy vitamins or other drugstore brands.

I have been taking D3 and K2 to get my D levels to optimal. This is the brand my functional meds doc recommended. So far so good. Levels are going up.

Its difficult to review vitamins, because the effects take a good amount of time and are not always definitive because you take other things for whatever your ailment is. However, for Vitamin D supplement I can say that I consistently tested low on Vitamin D for years. A couple of times so low my doctor prescribed a strong D supplement. Since I have have been taking the Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 & K2, my annual blood work 2 years in a row has my D levels right in the middle of the healthy range. That said I would definitely recommend them.

Just the dosage I was looking for. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Good value.
