Waterdrop K19-SFK Mineral Countertop RO System, No Installation Required

I’ve been very happy with my Waterdrop filter system. The water tastes great, and the unit has worked really well for my family. I recently had an issue because I accidentally lost one of the pieces. I contacted customer support, and Kimberly was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She responded promptly, was kind and professional, and made sure a replacement was sent to me without any hassle. Excellent product and excellent customer service. This water filter has been such a lifesaver. I seriously do not trust city water whatsoever. Having the confidence that my water has been purified and removed of any contaminants is super reassuring. The basin holds a lot of water, and for two people, I would say you only need to refill it once or maybe twice per day. One person could probably just fill it up once a day. I love that you can select how many ounces you want to pour and then just hit a button and walk away. Cleaning it has been pretty easy so far, so nothing crazy there. We've only had it for about a month and a half, but we haven't had any issues, and the filter continues to work well. Water tastes super good. We bought it on a sale, so I would say if you can do that, the value for the money is awesome, especially comparing it against under the sink systems. It looks really good on the countertop and feels like a high-quality appliance, and not some cheap eyesore.

I’ve been using the water drop RO system for about a year and a half and was very happy with the water quality and ease of use. I was having a problem with some biofilm buildup in the water and I contacted consumer service which provided me with troubleshooting steps (Karina). When that wasn’t adequate, Karina easily provided me with a desirable solution of a new RO unit, despite being past warranty. Karina was very responsive and did a wonderful job explaining and assisting me with all my needs! Overall the quality/ease of use for the RO is great. Customer service was easy to navigate and the new RO comes with another year warranty.

It was working fine for 2 days then suddenly it continuously kept telling me to pump and flush the water. I cleaned everything and put the filter back in, but nothing worked. I just kept wasting water that I could be drinking. I thought this would save me time and money, but I ended up wasting both. Now I've to return it.

I have now had this unit for a little over two months. It has delivered water that tastes on par with expensive bottled water. I need to be able to manage a low sodium diet and this machine helps me do that. I did purchase the re-mineralization unit which does add back a small amount of sodium. Set up text bit of patience while the filter flushes and it takes one or two tanks of water for it to really come around to optimum flavor. I have already recommended too friends and family

So I've been using this product for over 15 months now and I'm giving it 4 stars. Filtration and taste: works really well. Tastes good. Noise level: Somewhat noisy when it pumps water from tank for filtration. Bearable. Important to note that the replacement unit that I received is much quieter than the original one. Ease of use: you need to remove the water tank for refills. Pretty much every brand requires this. Durability: First filter lasted 2.5 months. Indicator turned red. I reached out to customer support. They sent a replacement filter. At the same time, it started to leak around nozzle area. Water was coming out from multiple holes instead of just one. Again, reached out to customer support. After some troubleshooting, they agreed to send me a new unit. This unit worked fine for ~11 months. Then, one day touchpad stopped working. Again, reached out to customer support. After some troubleshooting steps, they again agreed to send me a new unit. Customer support: AMAZING. Every time I encountered an issue, customer support rep helped me, especially Karina. She went above and beyond to understand my concern, share troubleshooting tips and when nothing worked, promptly arranging a replacement unit for me. Overall, the product works fine. They could improve on some durability concerns. Their customer support is top notch. I'd recommend the product.

I know that I have had this machine for 2weeks, but I really like it. I use city water and after going thru this machine,the water tastes great. No more lugging bottles of water home from the store, and no more microplastics. Update. December. Filter lasted 4 months at 32 oz a day. After 4 months it won’t shut off I have to unplug it. The size options are gone. Only despenses 32 oz but you can stop the flow second filter lasted 4 months also ate 75$ a crack

I have been living with stained and spotted dishware and glassware and was really tired of seeing it. I have high silica in my well water and the ONLY thing that will reliably get rid of it is reverse osmosis. My water leaves no more spots and it tastes wonderful too! I hired a plumber to install it and he was done in a hour.
