I am so glad that I decided to try this fan instead of spending hundreds on a chiller. It lowered the temperature in my 75 gallon tank from 80 degrees to the set temperature of 73.5 in one day and overnight. Then with the individual and convenient on/off switches, I turned two of the fans off and just let the middle run on the highest setting. The fans are not annoyingly loud and I cannot hear them over the sound of the running water into the sump. If you want to save ALOT of money, I highly recommend giving this a try. The fan mount, sold separately allows for a clean install. Super easy to put together the fan and mount as well.

Believe it or not, these fans actually work very well. I’m running the three pack variety on a 75 gallon reef setup. I have two (250 watt) metal halides and 4 (54 watt) t5’s and it cools my tank very well. I have them on the back of my canopy facing towards the light (slightly angled) and I’ve dropped ( degrees in my tank making it a perfect 78 F. The built in timer function is perfect. I have it set for 12 hours and it comes on at 11 AM. and runs until 11 PM perfect every day.

I am very pleased with these fans! We are in California and went through a very hot summer with a broken Air conditioner, temps have been 110-114. Our 4 tanks were getting up in the high 80s and even 90s at one point, we lost 2 of our Fancy goldfish and I think it was just too hot for them. I purchased these fans 3 sets of 3, I put 3 on our 60gallon, 2 on our 55 gallon and 2 on the 40 gallon and one on our 37 gallon. The first night they worked TOO Good , the tanks were all around 68 degrees by morning! So, I turned on the heaters for my tropical tanks and between the heater and the fans the water has stayed 76 degrees, on my goldfish tanks I don't have heaters but I turned the fans down and they are staying right around 70-72 degrees. You will have to be creative with the attachments, it won't fit on the rim of the tank so I turned my glass lids around and attached to the glass. These would be perfect with a wider attachment or a clip on, That would be my only complaint but overall very happy and so are the 🐟 fish

It is not a chiller it's a small fan about 4 inch diameter, with that being said it has worked very well hooked it up yesterday my temp went from 85.6F to 76.5F . I keep my tank In the garage the only purpose for the tank is to grow saltwater live rock and plants. There are no fish or invertebrates in tank I plan to may add some snails to Kee algae at Bay. Anyway for the price it's a nice little fan and the temps in my Florida garage can reach above 92.0F so I'm happy.

Has an internal timer, cools my 125 gallon down 2 degrees in 3 hours on low medium setting. Great product, would buy again.

This fan works well, has a timer, but is noisier than a fan this size should be. If you are using it in a bedroom, make sure you have it hooked up to a temp controller or use the timer feature.

So I got this for our axolotl tank and tubs, The design is fantastic I love that the cords the connect the fans to the controller are nice and long they aren't short at all! Gives me the freedom to position them wherever I want. I currently am using two on the tubs and the third on the tank with no strain! The controller has 5-6 different speeds which is also amazing, it also has a timer which I haven't used to the full extent yet but the trial run of it went great. It currently keeps the tubs a consistent temp with no issues! This is a fantastic alternative for a chiller or if you need to keep temps down without freezing the water! 10/10 would recommend to anyone that is looking for an alternative to a chiller!

These don’t do nothing for chilling down bigger tanks. I got theses for my 125 gallon goldfish tank that can run hot in the summer even in the basement. I ran those fans in row, all 3 of them but they only get wet from the spray. Attachment doesn’t work on bigger frames…. and fans are weak. Ended up using a large home standup fan, which chilled 1 or 2 degrees over night.

Junk. Didn’t even work first time out of the box. Controller lights up, fan does not move. Stay away from this company.

Lowered the temperature of my tank and kept it down. Excellent product, especially for hot weather countries.

Good and straight forward fan. I am giving 4 stars since there is no auto start function or temperature controlled start/stop function. The timer function available on that product will just run for the set time and switches off. It is not a interval timer. Also when there is power cut. It will not auto start. Not suitable for vacation automation. I removed the timer remote and connected directly. I connected power connection to wipro wifi power socket for automated run. Dont expect a fan to reduce more than 4 degrees. None of them can do it. This does the job well.

Tengo unos pequeños ajolotes que con el tiempo van necesitando cada vez más espacio. Antes los tenía en una pecera de 10 litros y los ventiladores me funcionaban muy bien pero ahora que los cambié a una de 40 litros no logra bajar la temperatura menos de 18 grado. Así que este producto es bueno pero no para litrajes grandes. P.d. Soy de la cdmx y actualmente (05/24) estamos sufriendo olas de calor pudiera ser uno de los motivos del porque no enfría más.
