4 oz. You don’t need to use a lot of it. It lasted me about a month.

Is this cream fragrance free?

This cream is indeed “fragrance free”. There is no added scent to the product making it fragrance free. However, there is the natural smell from the product ingredients. Mainly the tree tea oil. That will be strong at first and only for about a minute.

Dos this work and elbows and knees?

The reviews say , it works on elbows and knees . I am using it on my elbows. I have not used it long enough to show. I do do it works on my feet , and will work on your feet , or anyone’s feet if the have hardness on them. It comes off when you shower . I use a pumice pad after I shower. After getting out of the shower and dry off .apply the cream again. IT REALLY WORKS. Sincerely
