Great wort pump
Great pump, no issues at all. Use it to circulate wort and then for transfer from BK to FV. Get some quality silicone tubing (the thick kind), and some quick disconnects and this thing it worth it's weight in gold! Cant hear it running, and the price is perfect!

I like this pump
I liked this pump well enough to buy a second one. I have 2 Anvil Foundry 10.5 gallon systems that I often use at the same time. This pump is an upgrade to the ones than come with the Anvil Foundry system. I really like the valve on the pump for regulating the flow. It seems to resist clogging better, too.

I
If you are trying to transfer anything that isn't feeding into the pump by gravity it's incredibly difficult to get it primed and if it's not primed it doesn't work and even if you get it primed and working it loses it prime easily. I missed the return window wasn't quite ready to use it when it came in missed it by 2days but certainly would have returned it

Good for the money but has many drawbacks
I use this for my brewing of beer. I donโt like how it clogs when making my wort. It is not very powerful and the pump fin is plastic that holds up to the heat but as the wort gets denser the less it pumps. I also donโt like that it has to be basically level with the bottom of the kettle in order to pump and it doesnโt self prime. If you run it dry, which is easy to do, the pump will break. There are good parts to having it but only if you have your system attached to a production line. This is for small breweries and low volume liquid.

Wort pump
I rigged this on my electric brewer. Proper pump is out of stock so set this up as a temporary replacement. So far so good.

Works well however runs hot.
Works well however runs hot. The hot motor temperature may cause premature motor failure, however it is still running well after 7 months.

Quiet with nice features
This pump is a little more expensive than others, but had several features that make it well worth the extra money, including the quick-connect couplers, on/off switch, and outflow rate control valve. Best of all is that it runs very quietly.
