Orange Seal Tubeless Tyre Sealant 8, Orange, One Size

Terrible sealant. A mere 4 days after buying this, my bike was stolen! Just joking... It seems to be great sealant. The slow leak disappeared after the easy injection process. Now I just need to buy a bike to go with my remaining sealant.

I used an entire bottle to fix a slow puncture on my car that had alluded detection and repair. Recommended.

This sealant worked first time with a new set of tubeless rated Continental X King tyres which had several pinholes in the sidewall. This was discovered when I received a fine spray of the sealant in the face when inflating the tyres to about 40psi.

Easy to use, expensive - only used this as my supplying dealer used it when bike set up.

As a product, I have no problems with this sealant. I put the full bottle in my 20x4 fat tire and it quickly sealed the puncture and has held up after a further 5 mile ride. I have two criticisms though. It doesn't come with a valve removal tool, so you're expected to already have one. I didn't so I had to buy one, further delaying my repair. The 2nd criticism is that the tube is too small. I could barely get it over the schrader valve, it took some real jimmying to get it a fraction over and of course it popped right off while trying to use it so I had to quickly pause the filling and resort to syringing the rest in.

Had a persistent (and not that large) hole in my rear tyre that re-opened every time I pumped it up to 80 PSI or more with Stan's sealant. Annoying on a road bike. This stuff fixed it first time.

Used in inner tubes rather than tubeless as constantly have problems with tubeless set-up. Have used on many gravel rides and have not had any punctures as yet so seems to be doing a good job

I have used several other tire sealants some I have liked some I haven't. This is the best Ive tried. On my first ride with new tires and Orange Seal, I was a block from home and ran over something, I never saw what, but I heard a pop followed by a hiss and a fine spray of sealant. But like I said, I was a block from and the tire help pressure long enough for me to get home. I put the bike away figuring Id change the tire the following day but did not have too, it was still holding the next day and the day after that when I want out for a 30 mile ride on my punctured tire. Then after about six or seven rides I was riding on a bike path and say glass over to the left so I steered right only to realize that there was glass over the entire path and I was going to fast to stop, sure enough I got a second puncture on the same tire, I was about 12 miles from home. I could see the gash and the Orange seal slowly leaking out, but after just a couple of seconds it stopped and the tire held pressure. I rode another 21 miles on that ride and have taken two since and will be again tomorrow.

Quel plaisir de crever sur une vilaine épine et de regarder le préventif gicler puis progressivement colmater le trou jusqu'à pouvoir réajuster la pression et reprendre la route sans plus de prise de tête que ça. Préventif le plus efficace testé à ce jour.

Reasonable price for an above-average product. I haven't used it yet but am glad to have it packed for long distance journeys.

UPDATE: It's been over four months, and I have had zero problems, despite continuing to commute daily on the same route that was destroying my tires. In that time I have added air to my tires exactly once. Haven't needed to add any more of this product, still working great. I could not be more thrilled with how well this is working. Original review: I've never used a product like this before, and I haven't compared it with other comparable products. What I can say is, wow, this stuff really made a huge difference in my life. A month or so ago, my office moved and I started biking to work. Every day I would get a flat tire, or two, or more -- like the day I walked my bike the last bit in to work with a flat rear tire, changed the tube in the parking lot, reinflated it before going home, got a flat front tire going home, and saw the rear tire go flat again later that evening. I was tearing my hair out trying to figure out what was going on. Maybe the tubes I'm buying are no good? Maybe there's a lot of glass or other sharp debris on the route I'm taking? Maybe I'm not changing the tire correctly? Could my tires be underinflated or overinflated? Am I getting the wrong kind of tube? Is there something sharp stuck in the tire? Long story short, now I don't have to care about the answers to any of those questions because after pumping an ounce or two of this stuff into two fresh tubes, I've had zero problems. In fact, last Friday I was riding home and noticed a weird sound that turned out to be made by a chunk of glass embedded in my front tire. I pulled it off and immediately heard the sound of air escaping. So I ignored it and kept going, and after a few seconds the air sound trailed off and stopped. Got home and checked the pressure and it was 100% fine, and continues to be fine. I haven't changed a tube at all since buying this stuff and using it once, and both tires are holding pressure very well. My bike is my main means of transportation to and from work, and it's also just about the only exercise I get, so it's really been a lifesaver for me. Plus I learned that Schrader valves have cores, and how to remove and replace one, I had no idea, I ended up using some largeish tweezers to unscrew the core and it worked great, much less intimidating than I thought, 100x easier than changing a tube even once let alone multiple times a day.
