Enables you to sleep sitting upright!
Bought these for a trip abroad and they definitely ticked all the boxes! They are extremely comfortable, keep your head from tilting forward or moving and allows you to sleep sitting upright. Washable cover and very easy to use. Great quality, and worth every penny.

No neck pain and plenty of Zzzz’s
This pillow works a treat. I was a little dubious at first. The design seems a bit over thought and the chin strap isn’t perfect in its execution. However, when you attach the pillow around the seat’s headrest and rest your chin on the chin strap, your neck is held upright and snug, allowing you to get some sleep. (I’m one of those people who ends up with neck pain because my neck falls forward which causes pain) I will say the pillow is bulky but rolls up really nicely. But there’s nowhere really to hang it when it’s not in use. But who cares, it helped me sleep well on the flight from London to Sydney and so for me is well worth the money. Pair with a decent eye mask and you’re away.

The best i've tried so far!
I've tried so many onflight cusions and this has to be the best i've tried so far. So comfy and actually means i can get some rest especially if you can find a way to strap it to the back of the headrest in whatever vehicle you're travelling with. Only issue I have with it is that the velcro strap over time doesnt attach aswell which gets really annoying but so far so good!

Very handy support to make long flights easier.
I bought this travel pillow for a ten‑hour UK–Mexico flight, and although it was around £35, it genuinely outperformed every cheaper pillow I’ve tried. The firmness is the best feature. It supports the side of your face really well, and the back support is solid too: you can lean sideways or backwards without your head wobbling around. You will slump forward if you really lean that way, but that’s the only direction without full support, and that’s the case with most travel pillows. The Velcro tab is a useful addition. It hides away neatly when you don’t need it, but when you fasten it, it keeps the pillow closed so your head doesn’t slip through the gap. The photos show how it sits across the front and adds that extra bit of stability. It also packs down nicely into its little carry bag, which is ideal when travelling with kids and trying to keep things organised. Overall, it’s not the cheapest option, but the comfort and structure made a long‑haul flight much easier. If you’re tired of soft pillows that collapse or offer no real support, this one is worth the upgrade. I’ve added some pictures which show it packed in the bag (easy to do) and then around my ten year old son for an idea of high it sits (it worked for him too), as well as close ups of the Velcro.

Best engineered travel pillow
Trialled on a few trips so far and this travel pillow has been amazing! First of all, it maintains the neck properly in place and the chin strap is practical to keep the head high (and not dropping forward). You can adjust the pressure around the neck, but don't hesitate to tighten to restrict any movement. It might feel a bit stiff at first around the jaw, but the inconvenience quickly fades away with usage. Also, if you are sleeping with the neck pillow, you won't notice anything. Then, the velcro straps let you attach the neck pillow on a variety of seats (car, plane, train, even at home on your chairs). What is great is that the back of the neck pillow is thin, so you can really lean against the back of the seat without feeling any pressure at the back of your neck! Finally, the neck pillow can be squished into a small ball for easy transport.

Do not believe the hype
I shouldn’t have bought this. Believed the hype/reviews elsewhere and I should have known better. It’s a bit heavy and bulky to carry or attach to your handcarry or bag. It’s hot when I used it and felt suffocating. You have to remove it when eating on the plane. For the price it’s not worth it. Have not had the chance to test whether it holds you head up when sleeping because the aeroplanes I have ridden so far do not have the seat flaps where it can be attached.

Really comfortable! Perfect for a long haul flight
Just back from a long haul trip and this neck pillow was amazing! Well worth getting this version as it ties up behind the head rest of your chair which enables you to drift off without your head nodding. Really comfortable and compact for travelling. Bought one for my husband and would highly recommend!

Comfortable but hard to re pack
This is one of the comfiest neck supports I’ve tried but it’s difficult to repack and too bulky to leave unpacked

Sleep... Finally!
I can NEVER sleep on a plane... Until now! We have taken numerous long overnight flights, and regardless the routine I use, I never sleep more than a few minutes on a 10+ hour flight in economy. I've tried a few different styles of travel pillows, but this one scored! It supported my neck (I always have problems in this area), was not excessively hot, and compacted down to a small bag that clipped onto my carry on luggage post flight... Brilliant! I didn't find it to confining, as some have commented on. It was a little pricy, but the sleep it offered was worth every penny.

Very comfy and mostly did the trick
Let's face it, it's difficult to sleep sitting. This neck pillow makes it somewhat easier, but it won't magically allow you to fall asleep. It's comfy and the back straps to hold you head back do work. It could be a little taller for me as my head still fell a bit too much to the side, but using it was way better than nothing. It's worth it if you travel a lot or have a long haul flight coming up.

Does not cater for over-the-ear headphones
The cushion is sturdy and does prevent the head from falling to the side and forward too. The only problem I have with this is that it does not allow for larger over-the-ear headphones as the side of the cushion pushes over the bottom of the ear where the headphones would normally extend to. The solution to this is to take the cushion out of the cushion case and cut out large chunks from the sponge where the headphones would be. The entire top area basically has a 5cm gap in it on both sides now. Also, cut the cushion case with scissors in those areas so that the cloth can push into those two holes. Now, the large headphones stays perfectly on my ear while I wear the cushion and from the outside one cannot see any of the area that was cut away. It still looks elegant. I took plenty of photos to upload here with this review, but as soon as I attach any photo to this review, the review gets stuck and I cannot submit it.
