I'm writing this review after two years, I'm finally getting one for my office (I have one in my home office).Here are some insights that I'm sure others have not/will not share.1. If you're zaftig like me with an ample bottom, this will do just fine. The cushion will hold up. It has not flattened out.2. Really do turn the case inside-out to wash and dry. I've followed the directions, drip-dry, and the case still looks brand new, except the lettering has worn off. (but really, who cares about that)3. I had quite an impressive yoga fall square on my butt, and my lower back was sore for weeks. Sitting on this cushion in my home office was much more comfortable (and less pain) than my office chair4. There's no pilling since I've followed the wash directions.5. Put it on your chair and sit on it, simple, right? Well, if you have a back cushion, they might need to get along -- tuck where the lettering is underneath the bottom of the back cushion. You're welcome.Again, zaftigs (and non) are welcome to rest their bottoms on this - it not only works, but it's durable.

Needed a cushion and usually do not like memory foam but this holds up throughout the day. It's comfortable and I do not feel pain to the back of my thighs or the buttocks while using this.

I have lots of lower back pain, this has helped so much! I’m very happy with this purchase! It’s comfortable, helps prevent back pain and it was even one of the expensive ones!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’m very happy with this product! The quality is excellent, it works exactly as described, and it feels well made. It was easy to use and arrived in perfect condition. I really like the design and how practical it is for everyday use. Overall, I think it’s a great value for the price and I would definitely recommend it to others!

It hurts!I have no idea why.When I 1st sit on it, it feels great but after maybe a half hour by entire butt is in pain.I use it every day for a half hour.It's made very well, it is padded evenly, firs my chair, doesn't slide.I cannot say that it hurts my butt from anything in its construction

These are great to add comfort to any seat. Very helpful when you're dealing with hemorrhoids. I brought it to my friend's house and he was sitting on it and he even loved it so much that we had to get him one too lol. Great for long car rides, Great for any hard seats. And it actually makes you a couple inches taller lol.

*UPDATE*So I just had to have some surgery due to some unforeseen circumstantial occurrences and now this pillow which was in my trunk is now on my car seat where the cutout is coming in handy. That’s a pretty sensitive area let me tell you post-op so yeah it’s coming in very handy; so to speak. It’s still firm and not so comfortable and actually rather tall so a seat adjustment is required but boy does the hole work now.So now it has become a welcome protagonist and inspiration for my new journey of healing. Use wisely and rear the benefits of this mysteriously holed devise.Original review below.It’s pretty firm. Firm enough to return so I did but they refunded it without needing to return so now it sits in the trunk of the car. I mean it’s not bad but simply doesn’t have enough comfortable softness. It’s like they are trying to support a LOT of weight ranges with the cushion and it is too firm for a 180lb person. Maybe for someone well over 200 lbs it would be perfect but too firm for me to be comfortable. I do appreciate the shape actually but the cover and foam from the first sitting don’t appear to be something that will wear well from e tended use just by how it looks after you get off of it. I sat on it for many hours to see how it was and while it was ok, I was hurting pretty good by the time I got off of it. And the same thing repeated the next sitting since I tried it several times for extended periods with the same result. All told I think I used it for about a week to see if it would soften or work in but it did not in any appreciable way. I put it in the trunk and who knows I may have need for it you never know. I think it is better for like a bleacher or park bench shorter term sitting.

If I could, I would give it a zero. Wanted to return, the Chinese seller wanted to charge me for shipping. Don't buy it!

It's good. But there is a problem while sitting on it for 2 weeks it's getting thinner. Cushion is getting smaller
