Pricey but provides relief in an easy to use and convenient package
I have no idea why there aren't better reviews on this! Yes, it is pricey but it is easy to use, convenient, and costs a lot less than having traction treatments done professionally! If you suffer from disc issues, I highly suggest this product! With this product, I now we'll be able to treat myself at home and have a more effective option than using a countertop, hanging over a ball, or upside down on an inversion table. I'm so glad I went with this over the saunders lumbar traction device. It is not small and weighs 32 lb! This can also be used with a partner so they can assist with traction and not injur their back. Thank you for making this and Amazon for carrying it!

Absurdly overpriced
This might work for certain issues, but mine is at my L5-S1 disc (very low back), and I could not get the angle right no matter what I tried (yoga blocks, pillow, etc). It would feel good for a moment then it would start to feeling like it was pinching at the wrong angle. REGARDLESS - I am floored by the price of this thing. It’s literally a strap and 2 pillows you have to blow up. I cannot believe they have the nerve to charge almost $200 for this.

Really only works for lumbar area
Works reasonably well for lumbar region. I don't notice any traction in sacral region and very little in thoracic. Easy to set up and use, however I am not able to blow up the supports fully due to the valve size. The hole is too big for any of the pumps I have, too big to do it by mouth and difficult to plug without losing air. It is very compact and portable so I can take it with if I have to leave home. The box it comes in measures 8" x 10" x 4". Though it is a bit pricey, it's worth the money considering the other way is to pay for a therapist or chiropractor to apply traction manually. For a DIY traction device for home it's pretty good.

Be cautious
I would suggest being very careful buying something like this. I have a very bad back had surgery on L4 L5 and I started using this and after about three weeks some of the ligaments around those disc started hurting quite a bit and it’s because I was using this too much. Typically when you use a device like this, it should be used under the care of a physiotherapist or a doctor. I’m not sure it’s a great idea to do this with no medical support. The concept is great, but be very cautious

Good stretching and back decompression
I got sciatica issue, it is good for relief works super well. I used a lot other stuff for back decompression this one gotta be the best one, why- because it is relatively cheaper and you also can use it any time, not make appointments to go have back decompression, but use it anytime. 10/10 product!
