Not Your Average Coloring Book!
This coloring book is for children who make a concentrated effort to stay between the lines. It would be wasted on a child in the scribbling stage.It is filled with interesting, intricate designs. Some of the designs have very small areas to color that would be more easily filled in with good quality colored pencils rather than crayons. If a sharpener is available, they could be carefully filled in with sharpened crayons.The designs would be suitable for a child who is bored by the usual variety of coloring books and is ready to take on a challenge. They would also be a challenge to an artistic adult who is interested in intricate designs and use of different color combinations.The paper used is very durable compared to the average coloring book. One of the drawbacks of most coloring books made for children is that the designs are printed on both sides of the paper. This is not the case with this book. It is made from fine quality paper and printed on one side only. These qualities make the book a fine value and an interesting project for the user.

Very intricate designs.
Being new to adult coloring I ordered a variety of books to begin with and this was among them. While I find that Mindware books are my personal favorite as far as quality and design, this book was a no for me and I gave it to my daughter. The designs were just too busy and small for me and my eyesight. I knew from other books I have done that this one would be tedious and not fun for me. She on the other hand has the eyes for it!

Great for occupational therapy!
I love this book! This was recommended to me by my sons occupational therapist. He has difficulty with his hand strength so he uses this book to practice using the pencil for extended periods of time. It keeps his interest more than a regular coloring book does so his practice sessions are longer. It has great designs!

Pretty!
A friend in the hospital liked this but needed the pages enlarged to be able to use it due to dexterity problems. Great for passing the time.

Cool designs
Wanted a book that a teenager would enjoy. This book had a lot of eclectic designs. Teenager says they are cool and she likes coloring in this book.

Not what I expected
It's nice but kind of bland. There's a set of designs and two copies of each. I wish there were more designs rather than repeats but it was okay.

Perfection
Awesome designs on heavy paper so no bleed through. Image on ONE side only which is the only type I buy. Some adult coloring books have images on both sides of the page which actually ruins both!

interesting designs for coloring
I loved the coloring books as kid, and I still love them. when need to calm down, or to gain some inspiration - I take out the book and start to fill the blocks with color. very relaxing.the paper is good, pages are thick, pictures are inspiring.
