Love this cool cap. I suffer from migraines and headaches and these give a little cool relief. Great design that sits comfortably on the head and isn't too heavy. Doesn't stay cool for a long time, possibly 15 mins, but that's probably the max you should keep a cool pack on your head at a time anyway. I turn inside out when cooling has reduced and this extends the time slightly. Love do much I bought a second one.

This Migraine relief cap is a great all rounder. So good for headaches and migraines for an immediate lift. I keep it in my fridge and I have to say in the 30c heat its a great way to cool down also!. Durable and excellent value for money. My sister stole mine so I had to order another!

Great for migraines, has a nice cooling effect

Great for pain relief to an extent! I have Chiari malformation and this worked well before I had surgery to ease the pain I got from migraines, it’s microwavable to warm up and to cool down in freezer works well also! It has worn a bit maybe with a tiny couple holes but it has been used so much I’m not surprised. Deffo worth thinking about the causes of migraines aswell as the remedy to them but this is a great one!

I have an XS sized head. Not just small, but EXTRA small. Even with my tiny XS sized skull, this cap is extremely tight. I get that the compression is rather the point, but if it's that tight on me, other people are going to find it much more unbearable than me. I also find that sticking it in the fridge/freezer is definitely overkill; the material itself already provides cooling. When I put it in the fridge it almost froze my eyelids off. Without the fridge, it still presses so tightly over my eyes that within 60 seconds of use it leaves me with blurred vision for quite a long time. Despite all of that, it is quite a relief on migraine days, so I can't give it less than 3 stars. Just be aware that it is REALLY tight and that you will be temporarily blind after use, but then again, migraines aren't exactly conducive to 20/20 vision, are they?

The only thing that helps my migraines. This cold gel head thing combined with sleeping is an absolute life saver for me. I’ve brought other gel head things before but this one is particularly soft and has nice thick gel. I’ve got 2 of these and they’re both great (one at home and one at my uni accom)

Who knew cold would take away even the worst migraine?! I have about four of these in the freezer to swap out when one warms up, excellent little life hack for headache sufferers Also it’s super soft and the gel is very comfortable and moulds around your head nicely

This helped incredibly well for migraines and pressure. The value for money is on point, very durable and the quality is there. The cooking ability works a treat.

Works a bit too good. I need to add a pillow case around it, as it became too cold and gave me brain freeze. It is quite heavy which I can imagine some people will dislike.
