Used this to re-secure the chain link fence after squirrels started eating the fence ties. These are very sturdy and secure and tighten very tight with little pressure. This was quicker and better than the ties. They are virtually invisible, but thick and hearty enough to hold well. I have used these for a ton of applications now and haven’t found anything they can’t do. This is a permanent application as they are difficult/impossible to cut without the tool and the tool requires slack cut. Overall a great value for the money!

Bought this and I'm glade I did. It works great on a lot of things that I have. Used it for my awning over the car instead of bunge cord. Easy to use and makes the edge of awning tight to poll support.

Works perfectly once you get the hang of everything. I messed up several straps due to My incorrect placement . It does a good job of keeping the wire tight but the 150 straps is not enough so I ordered an additional 500 . Better to have too many than not enough ! I was putting a chain link top on my kennel to prevent escape over the top and it did the job ! Highly recommend

I used the SS ties to secure a 20’ light post to an existing metal fence. The tool worked great. The ties weren’t long enough, so I connected 2 together. The cut ends are very sharp. I have ordered more ties of different lengths.

Purchased to band fencing to posts. Nice product, bands are solid and the tightening with the banding pliers saves fingers. Easy to use and cutter on pliers makes trimming after after tightening easy, recommend kit, fast and easy Update: This kit has now strapped chainlink to fence poles, tightened the straps on home pipes , it has proven it pays for itself.

I've used these for a few different projects now and I'm quite impressed with the quality and strength. the tool works great and is so nice to tighten and cut all in one and not have to go back with a different tool to cut the tail.

I live in the Phoenix Arizona area and the summer sun and heat destroy the regular plastic zip ties within about a month or so. I saw the metal zip ties and thought the sun won't destroy these and so far they have been great. I'm currently using them to hold up a metal fence for our turtle pen and they are working great, still nice and tight and no rust. With the tie gun being so easy to use you can get each zip tie nice and tight with no slipping. I would highly recommend this tool and zip ties.

This tool worked great to tighten bend/loose chainlink fence. However, two things to keep in mind. First, the metal tie has to close down a certain amount in order for the tool to grab the end to tighten. And second, it isn't really super powerful as far as pulling bent metal pieces back into place. In my application, that was fairly easily remedied with pulling it into place by hand to assist the tool. But once the tie was tightened, it's held it in place. In other words, the tightening tool isn't strong enough to act as a mini come-along, but it gets the job done once things are in place. Hope that helps. It's been great overall for my needs.

Perfect when you need a stronger hold than plastic zip ties accomplish. I needed this to stop raccoons from getting into my garbage cans.
