These Always Discreet Boutique underwear have been absolutely fabulous for nighttime protection. They give me the extra security I need while sleeping, but they are still soft, comfortable, and much less bulky than I expected. They fit more like regular underwear and stay comfortably in place throughout the night without feeling stiff or restrictive. I would normally wear a medium, but I purposely order the large because I prefer a looser, more relaxed fit while I sleep. Sizing up has worked perfectly for me. They still provide dependable coverage and protection without feeling tight around my waist or legs. I also appreciate the black color because it looks more discreet and attractive than traditional protective underwear. The material feels gentle against the skin, and the maximum absorbency gives me confidence and peace of mind overnight. These have become a dependable part of my nighttime routine, and I would definitely purchase them again.

Game changer, I wish I would have known about these much sooner. Comfortable, discreet and saves the sheets. No midnight wake ups. I have them on autoship now.

I use these primarily during my period, and they have worked extremely well for me. They fit true to size, are comfortable to wear, and remain discreet under normal clothing without feeling bulky. Use: elder care. I'm reviewing three incontinence products, for comparison. Always Discreet Boutique is excellent in terms of absorption and preventing leakage (daytime use). However, I would recommend sizing up, as the Medium is smaller than the Depend Medium, above. They easily handle either one 'wee' and/or 'poo' with no leakage. They do have a "feminine product" scent, though it is not overpowering. For a couple hours, you will catch whiffs of this distinctive scent. No skin irritation that I've noticed. Four stars (would be five stars, but for the fit). Depend Night Defense has been excellent in terms of fit, absorption (quantity and quality), and preventing leakage, even overnight. I bought the medium (per the chart) and it fits great; plenty of stretch. The absorption easily handled two 'wee's and/or one wee and a poo (I'm being delicate here, play along please!) with NO leakage! There is no smell to the product, so it is discreet. I have not noticed any skin irritation. Five stars, no complaints. Tena Stylish "Super Plus Heavy" was a disappointment in comparison. I bought Large instead of Medium, as recommended by many reviewers. The width/waist was good, but they fit more like hipsters than briefs. The back coverage was insufficient and they leaked through to the seat of the pants, even though I did not use it for bedtime/laying prone. Since I had to change them out about two hours after putting them on, I can't speak to skin irritation. They do not have any scent. Two stars.

Always get Always is my motto! However, these cost too much! Not sure why when you receive less desired material. The pink ones work well but I need some that I can wear during the day underneath my uniform without being noticed or under a pair of jeans and be able to bend or reach for item on top shelf in grocery isle without the fear of someone seeing all that extra material that sits up nestled against my lower back like garland around a tree. I don't wear long tops so if I squat, bend, or reach, no search needed, there it is, out in the open for everyone to see- adult briefs. I'd almost rather be caught with something see through... These low rise briefs fit so much better. I wear them to work when necessary, under my jeans, jeggins, or pj's. I see commercials and ads with women wearing them under their yoga or exercise pants, nooo ma'am! I must have the wrong one's because that is a dangerous move! These DO NOT fit around the natural curve of your buttocks like panties do. If I wear very thin material then I wear those compression-like undies ontop. No noise when you walk, no wondering who see's what. They do their job keeping me dry and catching leaks. They absorb quit well without leakage and are able to hold more than those silly little panties that advertise 30mL of fluid, light leaks. These are comfortable although they should decrease the material in the crotch area by an inch, at least on smaller size brief. Lower the price and these would be the only one's I purchase.

I recommend keeping a few packs on hand—your future self will thank you.

2 issues-the strong perfume scent and quality control. Reason for purchase-extremely heavy and unpredictable peri bleeding/flooding. I purchased a smaller package first to gauge the quality. I liked it (fits well, less bulky, no leaks), and my only complaint at my first purchase was the “light” scent is too strong and not a pleasant one. I wish these were unscented. If you’re sensitive to smells, you won’t like these. I then purchased the larger package thinking the quality would be the same and am very frustrated about the lack of quality control. Somehow this batch does not have the same quality manufacturing and stitching. It’s completely confounding that these pull to one side unevenly. For example, one side is stitched tighter leaving the fit too tight around one side, while the other buttcheek is hanging out and risks skewing the coverage needed to prevent leaks. I tried wearing them backwards and even pulling and trimming one side to balance out the “pull” but it’s futile. I got a bad batch. I wish they worked out. These are not inexpensive and this is one product that needs to perform reliably. I have ordered a different brand to try next.

These are so bulky I can't wear them. A complete waste of money. I didn't buy maximum protection but that's what was delivered. Obviously can't return the pack
