We've had this (the 30 litre version) for a couple of months now and it's been great. Simple to use and very reliable. Ideal for making large quantities of hot drinks at family gatherings, no more repeated boiling of the kettle. When our hot water supply failed it was brilliant to be able to use this to heat a decent quantity of water for washing etc. In everyday life it's a timesaver and I hope it is saving us money as well. It takes an hour to boil the full 30 litres but we rarely fill it to full capacity. It's easy to keep clean and looks handsome.

We bought two of the 20 litre water boiler for use at community events in our village, Rowen in north Wales. The price was good, and they arrived the next day. We use one boiler simmering while the other is heating up, much better than having just one, and having to wait for it to heat up. We use both boilers at once in one twin socket. They heat up quickly. We like the water level indicator. The drip tray is not latched to the boiler. Maybe it should be. A good purchase, well recommended.

I dont usually review things, but thought id take the time on this as I have just ordered my 4th replacement for this urn. It is easy to use, quick and stress free. However, due to the area I live in being very hard watered, that is certainly having an impact on the length of life for this device. Ive had several failures in the last 3/4 years. 2 of those were from leaks... either the seams of the urn just start leaking (usually when the device is switched off)... or similarly, the nozzle does the same (and ive come down a few times to the contents of the urn being on the kitchen floor and not in the urn). The most recent failure... the lights were on... but nothing was heating. I know there are considerations to make when it comes to the type of water in the area... and sometimes things just break. I just wanted to call out the issues in case others have found the same. I am sure if you filtered everything before putting in the urn, it would improve matters.. but then you have to prefilter everything which takes an age. So a good product that is a lifesaver more than once a day... until it just decides to not work.

Bought for our daughter's wedding at the end of this month as we had to self cater due to caterer letting us down a few months before. Filled urn just over half way for cleaning and a test run, took just under 30 mins to heat and even after switching off the water stayed hot for a few hours. Easy to follow instructions and looks very professional. Outside does get very hot as you would expect but the handles are great once you have emptied it. Recommend for anyone looking for an urn for any event.

This worked brilliantly for a few months. Then a couple of days ago it started leaking. Very unhappy. We have kept it in the same place and position since day one so it's not been moved around. We used it most days and loved it then I walked into the kitchen and found the water had leaked out all over the counter and floor. Expected better than a few months use from something that cost a lot of money. Extremely disappointed and now have no hot water source again. EDIT: the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, they have no interest in helping you and keep copying and pasting the same automated reply every time I try to interact with them. AVOID as you'll get no help when your product breaks after a couple of months. Instead they mock you and then ignore you. Disgusting way to treat customers.
