I am giving this pillow 5 stars, though it did not work for me. I think it will be an excellent find for some who are looking for the qualities this pillow has. First of all, it is excellent quality. It does have a factory smell that I believe will dissipate after a couple days. It is definitely a firm. Like very firm. I am shocked to see people saying this is not a firm pillow. I have been looking for a firm pillow. I have tried 5 so far. They have all been too soft. Then comes this one and somehow it's too hard. I was so bummed. It's also very tall and because it is firm, I didn't sink in far enough into it and it made my neck hurt. I think it'll be awesome for someone else though. I envy that person because this is a great pillow. One thing I want to point out is that in the images for the pillow, it states it is 6 inches. In the product description it says 5 inches. It is in fact 6 inches. I was glad for this at first thinking I maybe wouldn't sink to the bottom. Instead it ended up being too tall. Overall this is a very quality pillow. Firm and supportive. I hope this helps someone in the pillow buying crisis like myself.

Comfy pillow but could be a lot more firm. I still have to use a second pillow to get the support I need. Works better solo when I sleep on my back but I'm generally a side sleeper so stuck with two pillows. Was hoping for a firmer pillow.

Very well made, but they are hard as rocks, firm is an understatement. I returned them immediately because I felt like I was sleeping on a board if you like a very firm hello there would be great, but not for me.

Yee gads this pillow is uncomfortable and like sleeping on a brick. Too little give in the foam to be comfortable to sleep on, even for me as a 6'3" side sleeper with large shoulders. I bought this to replace a lost previous version of this and it's significantly more firm than that. This pillow as murder on my neck and gave me horrific stiff necks and migraines when I slept on it.

Let me start off, it’s taken me a long time to find a pillow that works for me after my old gel pillow starting leaking. This pillow is the closest I got to an identical replacement. I got a hands on look of it at a local box Store but was out of stock and had a 5 day delivery time. Amazon was next day delivery. The pillow is great. Perfect thickness for my comfort. I toss and turn a lot in my sleep. Being a side sleeper it fits great. The cooling gel keeps my head cool at night. My daughter likes to use it as a sitting pad in the floor and the foam always got back to its normal position. Matched with a good Amazon pillowcase i think going to last me a long time.

Much higher than expected and very firm. It does relax some, but then you need to climb out of it to find a cool spot. Put it in the garage for a spare if needed.

This pillow completely changed the way I sleep. The foam gives just the right amount of support without feeling too firm. It also stays cool through the night which is a big deal for me since I tend to overheat. I used to wake up with a sore neck and now I wake up feeling rested. I didn’t realize how much difference the right pillow could make until I tried this one. If you’re worried about spending so much on a pillow, I’d like to assure you that getting a restful sleep IS worth it!

Worth the wait to get this pillow in Europe. Was available in king size for a good price and is definitely worth it.

The pillow is either hard to break or it's just a little too thick for my neck. I still sleep very well on it however, laying on the side or on my back. If it was a few millimeters thinner, the fit would be perfect. It gets difficult to fit a pillow cover because of the thickness as well.

This pillow is massive and gave me neck issues, feel like its too big for anyone. Gf hates it
