Yuasa YBX9096 12V 70Ah 760CCA AGM Start Stop Plus Car Battery

Yuasa and I go back 50 years in that it was the make of my motorcycle battery. Never let me down. This one slotted into the car with minimal fuss (£60 at Halfords for fitting!) and the (un)doing of three bolts. Fully charged from the off. Flawless so far. Yup good kit and resonable price.

I purchased this on 4th December 2024 and it needs to be replaced on the 27th July 2026...Not very happy..

Very good power and crank boost. I have a old car that need many cranks tentative specially in winter. After 1 year it still working perfectly, it keep the charge rate normal, the size is compact compare to the competitors, the feature start and go, help to support some more tentative 5-6. Really good one!!! is a bit heavier than others, but this can run even a van.

I purchased this AGM battery for my Renault Megane Estate and I am not disappointed with the price or performance of it!It was relatively easy to fit after a few failed attempts (due to not having a small enough wrench) but eventually got it in my car. Initially I had no issues whatsoever and gave it a good run to get some charge into it.I then had to have my tyres changed and I was able to stay in the car while I had this done, to my surprise after around 2 weeks of fitting the battery, I had a warning light come on the dash telling me the battery needed to be charged. I was immediately concerned that the battery was faulty and contacted Amazon for advice. They (as usual) are absolutely no help and shunted me off to speak to the supplier. I managed to get a response from them within 24hrs and they assured me that any faults or product warranty MUST be directed to Amazon as they sold the battery.I was lowered to the ground and tyres had been charged, the message has disappeared and I've not had it since so I'm assuming it was because of the angle of the car and possible message could be conceived differently other than a low battery.

This battery worked for about a year, after 6 months it did die on occassion which i thought was my issue....6 months later it is completely dead. I have even tried putting it on charge and 2 days later (the battery was recharged fully and the car remained where it was without use) it was found to be dead again. Im not the only one to find this issue apparently. So 200 pound for something that barely works ........ Buy at your own risk but dont be surprised when your jump starting your far on a daily basis like i am. Tried getting intouch with the manufacturer and they dont respond and amazon wont help so your litterally on your own with this thing.

J'ai acheté cette batterie Yuasa YBX9096 en remplacement de la batterie d'origine sur ma BMW X1 F48 sDrive 18d 150ch de 2015, équipée du système Start & Stop.Les points forts :Compatibilité et performance : La batterie s'adapte parfaitement dans le compartiment d'origine. Depuis le montage, le véhicule démarre au quart de tour et toutes les fonctions électroniques, y compris le Start & Stop, fonctionnent à merveille. Yuasa confirme sa réputation de fiabilité.À savoir absolument avant l'achat (spécificité BMW) :Passage à la valise obligatoire : Comme sur la majorité des BMW modernes, il ne suffit pas de brancher la nouvelle batterie. Il faut impérativement enregistrer le changement de batterie dans le calculateur (via une valise de diagnostic ou une application dédiée type BimmerLink). Cela permet à la voiture de savoir que la batterie est neuve et d'ajuster la puissance de charge en conséquence. Si vous ne le faites pas, le calculateur continuera de charger la nouvelle batterie comme si c'était l'ancienne (fatiguée), ce qui risque de réduire fortement sa durée de vie.En résumé, un excellent produit, bien placé en prix par rapport aux tarifs en concession. Je recommande sans hésiter pour les possesseurs de sDrive 18d !

Die Batterie kam in einem mit Styropor ausgekleideten Karton an.Einen Tag früher, als angekündigt, 👍Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich natürlich noch keine Aussage machen, aber Yuasa ist ein renommierter Hersteller.
