Really don't know how it works because when UPS delivered it, the box was torn to shreds and someone tried to tape it up. I called Amazon because I refused to open it because of all the batteries and electronics inside were probably damaged. They said that was a non returnable item and to keep it or donate to anyone at no charge. I gave it to a neighbor and this Ecoflo is a beast. His power went out a few days after I gave it to him and plugged his fridge and a few lights and said it still had 30% power left the next morning. Just be careful and turn your breakers off before attaching any extension cord to any 110 outlets because it will hurt or kill any lineman working on the power lines and probably blow up the ecoflo if the power comes back on and your breakers are not in the off position. When you know the power is back on remove all extension cords and turn off the unit and turn your breakers back to the on position.

I’ve been using this EcoFlow power station and it’s honestly been a game changer. It charges super fast and powers multiple devices without any issues. I love how reliable it feels, especially during outages or when I’m outdoors. It’s also quieter and more convenient than a traditional generator. Overall, great quality and very practical. Definitely worth it if you need portable backup power.

I bought this so I can run my home oxygen concentrator when the power goes out. Yes it is heavy to move around, but being able to have it inside is a plus. As soon as it arrived, I charged it up, did the firmware update and then I put my concentrator on it with just the generator, no additional battery. I had 10 hours 47 minutes available. That's awesome. Times that by 2 and that's the power I have before zero. A good set of solar panels will keep this running at peak. Cloudy days or night, I have a generator to recharge. Total peace of mind knowing between this and my tanks I will not run out of oxygen. I wish I could give this 5 more stars. I love this product.

Just received this monster. They are not kidding about the weight. Please use the extendable handle to move it. Leverage does wonders. It blew the breaker for the first outlet I plugged it into to charge it. It arrived pretty depleted, around 30% but it is charging now (pretty quiet-expect it to charge completely within 2 hours) and I look forward to getting some work done on our Come Unity Garden too.

First time buyer of Eco Flow products. I am impressed with the performance and quality. It has handled all loads thrown at it and recharged quickly. Hoping it will last.

Tienen un buen servicio al cliente, compré un ecoflow con ellos el 28 de abril, apenas el 13 de Agosto se nos descompuso e hice valer mi garantía con ellos. No voy a mentir, fueron 2 semanas un poco estresantes pero en verdad me ayudaron a resolver todo, así que les agradezco infinitamente. Tuvieron que darme un ecoflow nuevo ya que el viejo no tuvo reparación pero en verdad, excelente servicio al cliente.

No funcionó . Es un mugrero. No sirven las garantías . Tienes que comprar directo en EcoFlow México si quieres garantía

Este producto no cuenta con el soporte técnico que se necesita en un aparato tan delicado. Ni ecoflow, ni el proveedor han intentado solucionar el problema que se me ha presentado: desde el inicio tuvo el error 121 al encender los enchufes y al conectarlo a la corriente sale la leyenda OVERLOAD. El botón del fusible está botado y he intentado que se me brinde alguna solución y nadie toma responsabilidad en ello.
