So far so good, horse seems to keep it on most days. Seems to be wearing well so far, have been using it for a few weeks Velcro works well and fit it good, nice room in the eye area. I bought the standard horse size and that fit my very large quarter horse just fine. I purchased the arabian size for a smaller appy horse and it is a little small in the jaw line. A cob size usually fits this horse

I’ve had such a great experience with this company. Their customer service has been outstanding and so quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely attentive anytime I’ve reached out. It really makes a difference when a company actually cares about its customers. I also love their products. The quality is excellent, and I’ve been especially impressed with how well it has protected my horse’s face from the sun. It’s held up well, fits nicely, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the fabric around the ears tends to rip easily. However I’ve been in contact and they have been amazing about trying to find a way to fix that. And I will be keep all horses in this fly mask from here on out. Overall, I’m thoroughly impressed. Not just with the product itself, but with the level of customer service that comes with it. It’s rare to find both done this well. I love being able to support smaller businesses and watching them grow!

In the hot weather when flies are the worst, so many masks either quickly develop sharp pointy strands which poke the horse, or they come with soft coloured fake fur which is extremely hot, or they are stiff, or the worst (shutter) are the latex masks. (Try wearing a latex bodysuit and the heat sometime.) My horses would regularly shed their masks because of discomfort. Not so with this one. I gulped and spent the extra money because it looked like it might work better. And it does! The mask material is soft and flexible. No pokey bits after some use. The area around the ears is a thin, soft flexible material like what a woman would enjoy in a bra. Stretchy. Lightweight. The Velcro is very strong. I have to admit that I have to get a good grip on it to separate it. But then, that’s what you want so the horse doesn’t immediately remove it. These things got through the wash beautifully. I have to say that I use cold water wash and cold water rinse, and I do not put it in a dryer! It dries very nicely and quickly simply hung up. I was so delighted with this that I bought a second one for our other horse.

The mask fits snug on my horse but it is very good quality, keeps the flys off and protects his white nose from sunburn. I purchased one and it ripped to where it was unusable. The fly mask was replaced without question and, with a full warranty. The customer service is outstanding!

Very nice fly mask. I like that it covers her entire nose. No more sun burnt nose.
