I received this and the hot water would not work for anything. I'd waited so long to decide to buy it, I started to keep it and just use it with no hot water. However, I filled out a return and it was replaced very quickly and the hot water works! I don't know what I was thinking! I love that hot cocoa/tea maker!!! thanks

Product doesn't work.
Awful product. Awful seller. The product didn't work. The water never got cold and the refrigerator section didn't get cold either. Seller is extremely difficult to work with for returns

This worked great.. , it’s a little small.. being that you had to bend over quite a bit to get the hot or ice cold water out.. and the drip tray was small to put a small cup on it without hanging on to it.. kinda narrow .. otherwise I loved it.. it does give nice hot water.. for soups and hot drinks.. takes little time to boil the water on the stovetop..

The hot water didn't work on the first unit I recieved. Customer service was prompt and made getting a new unit effortless. I wasn't charged for the new unit or having to return the old one. The new unit i recieved works well and i have not had any issues.

DO NOT BUY!! LASTED 4 DAYS
I PURCHASED THIS FOR OUR OFFICE ONCE THE HEAT WAVE CAME IT STOPPED WORKING FOR 4 DAYS WATER WAS NOT COLD AND NOTHING WOULD COME OUT. TRIED TO RETURN GET A REFUND OR SOMETHING SELLER WANTED US TO SEND BACK AND PAY THE SHIPPING OF OOVER $100 WHEN I ONLY PAID $85 FOR THE WATER DISPENSER ALL TOGETHER. SELLER WAS NOT ANSWERING AN EMAILS OR HELPING ME WITH THIS PROCESS SO I LOST ALL OF MY MONEY AND STILL HAVE A BROKEN WATER DISPENSER.

Had to modify the jug exchange process to get the water to flow acceptably.
Had this water cooler for 4.5 years and the cold water cooling just died. We’ve pretty much always needed to completely remove the plastic cover from the top of each jug in order for the water to flow at all, which has been a wet, difficult experience each time, but it made it possible to fill a pitcher, mug, or large glass in almost a reasonable period of time. Otherwise, it’s been a good unit.
