Does not fit to factory bumper
none of the holes line up and everything is about an inch off of both sides. i tried to return it and they do not pay for shipping and that was another $100 bucks. customer service was great

Almost fits .
Horrible fitment. I'd say it is over all about 1 inch too short. Holes don't line up with the bottom of the bumper. With a bit of finess, elbow grease and a whole lot of cussing you can get it to work. Even with it on you can tell the fitment is trash.
