Love that this creatine was made for women. The additional ingredient of dandelion root is great if you are concerned about bloating. As for taste go with the unflavored so I can mix it with anything.

Favorite creatine ever! It’s affordable and exactly what I need to fuel my muscles with each workout. I like that it has the dandelion root extract that helps with the bloating you can experience with other creatine brands. I have never had that with this creatine. I usually get the flavorless, and it dissolves easily in my pre workout drink.

Do not buy
GUYS DO NOT TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT. It is a marketing ploy. By adding a diuretic, the company created an internal health conflict. The creatine was trying to pull water into your muscles to protect them, while the diuretic was forcing your kidneys to flush water out of your body.
