I have tried several different self tanners over the years, and this is the best! You don’t need a $40 bottle of self tanner. This item is very cost-effective and does a great job. I particularly like that it does not stink, and it does not rub off on clothing very easily. If you are wearing a light colored pair of denim shorts that are quite fitted in the leg, you may see some of that color underneath the cuff but that’s no big deal. The transfer is minimal on most clothing, and I can live with that for the trade-off that this does a great job of giving you some summer color! You do not need to use very much, as it will spread well over your skin. It does need a few moments to dry.

I was hesitant at first to buy this self-tanner at first. I do love the brand b.tan, but I have had some problems with their foaming tanners in the past. But this tanner is AMAZING!To say the least, the product does NOT transfer onto your clothing - I wore a white t-shirt to bed after applying, and the t-shirt the next day was still white!The gel is super easy to apply and comes on smoothly to the skin. I think the clear aspect to it is perfect, so you can apply it during the day and you won't have the green discoloration to you that the foams give.After applying, it is NOT sticky and you can move freely instead of standing like a stick figure waiting for it to "dry".Also, I'd like to add that this tan does NOT give you a lingering chemical smell after applying & you SERIOUSLY do not have to "wash it off" !!I am Irish, so I've always had pale skin, and this tanner does just the right amount of color for me after 1 layer. It doesn't come out fake and orange; it looks pretty natural to me.Overall, this product is definitely my new go-to self-tanner, and I would recommend it to anyone tired of the green tint of the skin, stickiness, and transfer of color onto clothing that the average self-tan gives you!

I recently got this tanner to try, and used it a few times before doing this review. This is NOT insanely dark like the bottle says, more of a subtle tan. But, I typically use another brand that gets me way darker so I'm comparing the two products.Positives of this product1. It drys fast! I started putting it on with a mitt, and it feels like hair gel GROSS!.. but within 20-30min it's completely dry!! I definitely don't get that from my other tanner. I was shocked.2. It goes on easy. Like I said, it feels like spreading hair gel on your body, but a little goes a long way and I can do my whole body in a few minutes.3. Even tan. Compared to my other tanner, this stuff covers my whole body better.. my legs don't always 'take' as well as other parts of my body and it did with this product.The only negative is that it isn't as tan as I would like, but I will still use this product along with my other tanning products.Not all body's are the same, your PH levels can dramatically determine whether the tan goes on well or not, so keep that in mind!I would still recommend the product, especially for beginners. Don't forget to use a glove!

This is a great product. You should make sure you get an application mitt made by them - it helps in application and avoiding hand staining. This self tanner when you exfoliate a little (no big effort) and when applied with the mitt does not streak and provides a nice color.

I am a very consistent self tanner and have used very type/ brand of tanner you can imagine. I recently tried the b.tan gel in insanely dark and I’m absolutely in love! It’s dark, easy to sleep in, glides on well with a tanning mitt for an easy, even application, smells good, fades well, and it’s super hydrating. I cannot believe how cheap it is!!! I used to use the isle of paradise drops in dark which I still use for my face but the small bottle doesn’t last long when using it for the whole body. I tired the b. Tan drops and they are very runny - like water and hard to mix with moisturizers. But overall very happy and excited I found such a great product and at such a great price point!

I can't say enough about how much I love this Glow Your Own Way Ultra Dark Self Tanner Gel, I've tried like a million self tanners and pretty much 90% of the time it's a waste of time and money and effort, but omg this stuff is a game changer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it's a really light and moisturizing gel, it's pretty much like the consistency of aloe vera gel, feels like nothing is even on your skin after like one minute except it does feel like you're moisturized. I noticed color literally the next day and after a few days a really nice brown tan, it's totally awesome even for your face because it feels so nice on your skin and gives you an amazing tan on your face too!!!! I just love this product and hope they never ever stop making it!!!!! One other thing I just gotta say is if you're looking for a little extra tan on your legs you gotta get Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs in Deepest Glow, it's the perfect perfect PERFECT thing to use for days you're wanting an extra tan on your legs and it covers up veins really really well too!! It's like the perfect combination with this self tanner gel and the Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs, it literally changed my summer for the way better!!! Do yourself a favor and get this!!
