Pretty darn good. Easy to fix for oven cooking if a bit of a cooked on mess to wash up after. Excellent taste but potato slices are big and have to be cut to eat. Great low price. Good product.

Yummy Box of Cheesy Potatoes
I didn't have high expectations for this product because it's dried potatoes. However, I really liked the cheesy potatoes and wished that I had bought two boxes instead of one. The size of the box could be bigger, but then it would be more expensive. The size works well for a single person portion and was quick to make. I will buy this yummy box of potatoes again.

Quick side
These are basic scalloped potatoes that do require a bit of spicing up. Good to use as a base for a meal side. I did have to cook them longer than the box stated to soften but that's a personal preference. They are mildly flavored but I added chives and cheese and it was yummy.
