Arus Men’s Big & Tall Long Monk Robe Hooded Full Length Turkish Cotton Bathrobe

The product was exactly as advertised and exactly what I wanted except the size XXLarge was one size too large. I would like to exchange it for one size smaller a XLarge. Is it possible to pick up the original order at the same place when the new replacement one I would like to order is delivered?Please advise. How do I order the replacement and request the pick up of original at the same timethe replacement the correct size XLarge is delivered? I hope it is possible as I am disabled and limitedin my ability to get out without assistance.Thank you for your help. M. Erickson

My family just got a pool/spa - it was finished in the winter. I live in California, so it's not as cold as other places, but I live in the Central Valley, so it's not as warm as SoCal either. I ordered these robes to keep us cozy, because I knew we wouldn't be able to resist swimming, since our pool is heated.I spent over $600 buying these robes for ten people, and I have no regrets! They are thick, warm, absorbent and feel awesome! I bought my husband the XXL Extra Tall, because he's 6'2" and 200 lbs. It fits him perfectly with an extra cozy fit. I ordered the L/XL for most of my family, because I wanted them to wrap around without any gaps. I'm 5'5" and wear a size 10 and the L/XL is exactly right for me. It goes all the way down to my ankles, but I don't trip over it. I would say if you are shorter than 5'5", you might want to get the shorter one, which I did for my 5'1" daughter.These come with big pockets and are hooded for extra comfort and warmth. I literally have no complaints. Awesome robes!

I bought this to wear to and from the hot tub on our back patio in sub-freezing North East winter weather. It’s made of the thickest terry cloth material I’ve ever seen, almost reaches my ankles, wraps well around me (I could gain 100 lbs and it would still fit) and is wonderfully warm. It also seems well made and has held up well to being run through the wash multiple times.I do not consider these negatives given my use of the robe, but things to be aware of: it is very heavy (I wouldn’t be surprised if it weighs more than 10 lbs); the sleeves are very wide and tend to get in the way of using your hands for much while wearing this; if you’re heavy, you’re going to look like Friar Tuck in this robe. That last one can be a benefit if your partner is in a Robin Hood or Maid Marian frame of mind.Overall I‘m very pleased with it and recommend it for anyone needing an extremely warm robe such as to wear outdoors in the winter. I suspect it’d be too warm to wear in a house with modern HVAC but might be a nice option if your house is drafty or poorly heated.

Pro:Warm, enveloping. Just the thing for old bones in winter.Con:Delivery took over 5 weeks with no updates from either Amazon or company.Upshot:If you are not in a hurry, this is excellent, warm, and comfortable. Recommend white color. The brown is just not a pleasing color.

This robe is high-quality. However, it’s extremely heavy. My son has autism and absolutely loves it. It has actually even made him more verbal.

The threading around the front of the collar and hood looks absolutely terrible - no-one ever inspected this. No one!!

This just arrived today and is absolutely the most amazing robe I've ever owned. It's the kind of fit and quality that I needed but never realized. I'm 6'2, 250 lbs. and ordered the XL size and it fits perfectly, and by perfectly I mean it's almost to my ankles, sleeves don't hide my hands when they're at my side, and it belts perfectly around my waist. The material itself is thick, heavy, and soft (I ordered the chestnut brown and the color is pretty much exactly what you see in the picture). The hood fits great, deep but not too deep, and the belt is shockingly thick and has more than enough length to tie well. For a big man, this is a roomy, exceptionally comfortable robe. I haven't washed it yet so I can't comment on how it holds up afterwards, but just in general because it's 100% cotton I would definitely wash it on cold, gentle cycle, and either air dry it or tumble dry on low so avoid any pulled threads or loss of fabric weight. I highly recommend this robe and am considering buying another just to have a spare in the event of a global societal collapse. Some things you just gotta double up on.

I bought this robe to use getting in and out of the hot tub on those cold snowy winter nights. It is so heavy and warm it is absolutely awesome. I am not a big guy by any means. I am 5'6 and weigh 180 lbs and the robe hangs down to my feet. It doesn't touch but it's maybe 2 inches from the ground. The robe could easily wrap around me with tons of room to spare. I ordered a size small and it is very big and comfy for someone my size. My daughter and wife also like to wear it sometimes getting into the hot tub. If you are looking for a very thick heavy robe this is it. You will not be disappointed in this purchase. The hood is a little different but it works once you get used to it. Me being the dad in the family I wanted something I could wear that would keep my warm and dry while I had to stand out in the cold and get my kids out of the hot tub. Then I am usually left to close up the cover and such so this robe is a life saver.
