I didn't use this item as of yet, but, I like the constuction of it, and the union to the tee is a major plus.

I think this is a great deal. Lowe’s had a T for more than I bought all of this for. The only thing I replaced out of this package was the cut off switch. I did not trust how generic this one was. It had no instructions and no sticker inside saying anything. All the other components worked fantastic I would buy again if I had to but hopefully not for 20 yrs or so

I’ve used this product before on well extra tanks for my office and now I’m gonna use them for my home very convenient. Has all the Spicket that you need to run hoses to the outside of the house.

I ordered this kit to replace a failing diy patch that was on my well tank from many years ago. I chose this specific kit because it was inexpensive and I needed it to arrive quickly so I would not be without water for too long. After multiple attempts to make this work, it just would not stop leaking. Even with multiple layers of teflon tape and pipe dope, the leaks persisted because the 1 inch fittings have such loose thread tolerances that the check valve and ball valve would never actually tighten up or create a proper seal. In fact, all of the threads on this kit were unacceptably loose. Beyond the leaks, the individual components are very low quality. The pressure switch has no markings at all to verify its rating, and the included pressure gauge was inaccurate, reading 10 psi lower than my high end gauge. Additionally, the boiler drain is extremely stiff and the packing nut would not stay tight when opening or closing the valve. I did not have high hopes for this being a top tier item, but I did expect it to be functional and safe. Instead, it caused me a long night of frustration and left my household without water. Because I am in an area where sourcing components locally is difficult, I had to jerry-rig my existing setup until I could find a quality tank tee elsewhere. This product is junk and is being returned. Save yourself the aggravation and the trouble of dealing with these low-cost, poorly machined tank tees.

I've had this kit in operation for 7 months now and the pressure switch is still working correctly. We have very hard water with a lot of Iron content, so time will tell if the bronze components hold up.

No leaks

Replumbing my water system I found this kit to be considerably cheaper than buying the various parts at a box store. Individually it would be easy to miss a part you needed. In the kit, everything is there, it all fits and it all worked as expected.

One of the parts was missing, disappointing

I ordered this when I had to replace my pressure tank -- figured it was best to replace the whole setup at once. Good quality -- performs as expected.
